HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a company who is redefining senior living in Mandan, ND 
  
 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Assess current and prospective residents
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
</ul>
 
Schedule:

	<li>Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
</ul>

 Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Current state Registered Nurse (RN) 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Previous experience supervising staff
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Passion and drive for helping others
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
</ul>
