RN Field Supervisor 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a RN Field Supervisor to fill an opening  in Manhattan New York. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for RN Field Supervisor:
<ul>
	<li> Supervise, instruct, and guide the CHNS and HHAs in the delivery of quality home health care services in the community. 
	<li>Delegate responsibility appropriately and supervise assigned personnel in collaboration with the Care Delivery Manager (CDM) in a manner that will assure quality care and compliance with the care plan.  
	<li> Assess and evaluate the health care needs of participants with consideration regarding physical, mental, and environmental factors. 
	<li>Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM| 40 Hours |1 HR lunch
</ul>
Required Qualifications for RN Field Supervisor:

<ul>
	<li> Active NY Registered Nursing license 
	<li>5 years’ experience as a RN 
	<li>Excellent organizational and presentation skills. 
	<li>Computer/laptop proficiency required. 
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for RN Field Supervisor:

<ul>
	<li>BSN 
	<li>Experience in a PACE Program or MLTC preferred. 
	<li>Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial. 
	<li>Vehicle and current New York State driver’s license preferred. 
</ul>

Pay Details: $65 - $75 / Hour
