Healthcare Support is actively seeking an Home 
Care RN  for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected Healthcare company in Manistique Michigan. This position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement/company vehicle and a sign on bonus.

What You’ll Do:

<ul>
	<li>
	Provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients
	
	<li>
	Manage a manageable caseload (4-5 patients per 10-hour shift) with autonomy and confidence
	
	<li>
	Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
	
	<li>
	Participate in on-call rotation (~7 days/month), including weekends, with flexible scheduling
	
	<li>
	Use evolving EMR technology, with training provided
	
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>
	Michigan RN license required (new grads encouraged to apply!)
	
	<li>
	Self-starter who thrives working independently and in the community
	
	<li>Passion for delivering compassionate care and building patient relationships
</ul>
