File Room Clerk 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a File Room Clerk 
 to fill an opening in Middletown, New York.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for File Room Clerk:
<ul>
	<li>Burn Patient images via all systems : Coactiv & Change Health Care PACS
	<li>Share radiology imaging via CD or electronic image sharing solution with both patients & physicians offices while remaining HIPAA compliant,
	<li>Distribution of CDs via mail / FEDEX,
	<li>Respond to all outside physician fax requests,
	<li>Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
</ul>
Required Qualifications for File Room Clerk:

<ul>
	<li>1+ years previous medical records experience in a healthcare setting.
	<li>Previous Epic experience.
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications for File Room Clerk:

<ul>
	<li>Bilingual in English and in one of CalOptima Health&apos;s defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese). 
</ul>
