HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time DME Specialist role in Manchester, TN This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare. 
 
Compensation & Incentives:

	<li>Base pay up to at $36.25+ per hour, with flexibility based on experience
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Quarterly performance bonus opportunities

Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN):

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems. Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications for Respiratory Clinician (RT/RN):</div>

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT/RCP) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
