Outbound Customer Service 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Outbound Customer Service 
 to fill an opening in Mount Kisco, New York.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Outbound Customer Service:
<ul>
	<li>Maintain an average of 60+ outbound calls daily.
	<li>Monitor and maintain the continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems in all work queues
	<li>Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information
	<li>Shift/Remote
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Outbound Customer Service:

<ul>
	<li>healthcare specific background, previous outbound calling experience.
	<li>Previous outbound calling, prior experience utilizing the Epic systems.
</ul>
