LPN 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LPN fill an opening with a Forbes Company in Mount Kisco New York 10549. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for LPN:
<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Work directly with Neurology providers</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Speak with patients in person and by phone</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Send prescriptions to providers for fulfillment</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Call patients as needed</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Assist with the triage line</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for LPN:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Experience working in a clinical office setting</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Experience handling patient calls</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Comfortable speaking with patients in person</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Active LPN license in New York</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications for LPN:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Neurology experience preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
