Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatrics & NICU
<h2>HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatrics & NICU to join a growing healthcare system in beautiful Naples, FL. This is a unique opportunity to help build and expand clinical pharmacy services across Pediatrics, NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother-Baby Care while collaborating with teams to improve patient care and medication safety.</h2>
 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM 
 
Compensation Notes: $39.80 - $52.54 / hour

Daily Responsibilities for the Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatrics & NICU:

<ul>
	<li>Help develop and expand clinical pharmacy programs, medication-use practices, and patient safety initiatives
	<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams on medication management and complex clinical cases
	<li>Support clinical education and help advance pharmacy best practices across the growing program
</ul>

Required Qualifications for the Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatrics & NICU:

<ul>
	<li>State of Florida Pharmacist license.
	<li>Meets one of the Following: 
	<ul>
		<li>Completion of a PGY-2 ASHP-accredited Pediatrics Pharmacy Residency program (Board Certification attainment in pediatrics required within 18 months of hire) 
		<li>Active Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCPPS)
		<li>Pediatric/Neonatal clinical hospital pharmacist experience (Board Certification attainment in pediatrics required within 18 months of hire)
	</ul>
