&nbsp;Nurse Practitioner&nbsp; 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a&nbsp;&nbsp;Nurse Practitioner&nbsp;&nbsp;to fill an opening&nbsp;in&nbsp;Nashua, New Hampshire.&nbsp; 
 
Daily Responsibilities for &nbsp;Nurse Practitioner&nbsp;:
<ul>
	<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments</li>
	<li>Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions.</li>
	<li>Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions</li>
	<li>8-5pm M-F</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications for &nbsp;Nurse Practitioner&nbsp;:

<ul>
	<li>Active and unrestricted license in New Hampshire</li>
	<li>NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program</li>
	<li>Ability to complete physical requirements of the job including &nbsp;navigating stairs and a variety of dwelling conditions, and sit, stand, and kneel to perform physical assessment</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for &nbsp;Nurse Practitioner&nbsp;:

<ul>
	<li>1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)</li>
	<li>Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs</li>
	<li>Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness</li>
</ul>
