Customer Service / Lab Clerk 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service / Lab Clerk to fill an opening with one of the largest healthcare and insurance companies in the US located in Lake Success NY 11042. 
 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service / Lab Clerk:
<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Resolve customer issues and complaints, providing accurate information and support services, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Can work Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (and some Saturdays)</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Customer Service / Lab Clerk:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Previous customer service experience</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Previous lab work would be preferred</li>
</ul>
