Emergency Room RN - Up to $15K Sign On Bonus 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking an Emergency Room RN to join a high-performing team at a top-rated facility in Ocala, FL. In this fast-paced, 24/7 ER, you’ll care for patients with a wide range of urgent and critical conditions while developing your skills across trauma, stroke, and cardiac emergencies. Shift Options:  
Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Nights, Days & Weekends 
 
Compensation Notes: 

<ul>
	<li>$30.60/hour - $45.90/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
	<li>Up to $15K Sign-On-Bonus
</ul>

 
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room RN:

<ul>
	<li>Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages, develop individualized care plans, manage multiple cases, and provide follow-up instructions and referrals
	<li>Work closely with physicians and hospital departments to prioritize patient needs, ensure safety, and deliver effective outcomes.
</ul>

Required Qualifications for Emergency Room RN:

<ul>
	<li>Florida RN license 
	<li>1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, or acute hospital experience  
</ul>
