ICU Neuro Registered Nurse - Up to $15,000 Sign Bonus 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an ICU Neuro Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity neurocritical care unit at a leading acute-care hospital in Ocala, FL. This healthcare organization is known for its strong clinical standards, advanced neurological resources, and collaborative, team-focused environment. In this role, nurses will provide specialized care to critically ill neurological patients, offering a challenging and rewarding setting where each shift presents opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$32 - $45.90/hour + Shift differentials if applicable
	<li>Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for ICU Neuro Registered Nurse:

<ul>
	<li>Coordinate patient-centered care with the interdisciplinary team while assessing, delivering, teaching, and managing individualized nursing care.
	<li>Advocate for patients and families while upholding the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

Required Qualifications for a ICU Neuro Registered Nurse:

	<li>FL RN License
	<li>Minimum 1 year of RN experience
	<li>Hospital experience (high acuity preferred)
