Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor – Hybrid 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist&nbsp;to join a mission-driven team in the&nbsp;Orange, CA area.&nbsp;This full-time, salaried role offers autonomy in the field and remotely.

Schedule:

	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation:

<ul>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">$80K - $95k per year&nbsp;(based on experience)</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Mileage reimbursement</li>
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Supervise daily operations of risk adjustment coding and review teams, ensuring workflows, productivity, and quality standards are met.</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Coach and mentor risk adjustment specialists and auditors to improve coding accuracy, documentation capture, and compliance with requirements.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications

<ul>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field required.</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Professional coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CRC, RHIT, RHIA)</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Prior experience in risk adjustment coding and documentation review</li>
	<li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Experience supervising staff or leading teams in a healthcare operations environment</li>
