Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor – Hybrid 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid to join a mission-driven team in the Orange, CA area. This full-time, salaried role offers autonomy in the field and remotely! 
 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT 
 
Compensation: $80K - $95K per year (based on experience) + Mileage reimbursement

Daily Responsibilities for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid:

<ul>
	<li>Supervise daily operations of risk adjustment coding and review teams, ensuring workflows, productivity, and quality standards are met.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Coach and mentor risk adjustment specialists and auditors to improve coding accuracy, documentation capture, and compliance with requirements.
</ul>
 
Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid:

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field required.
	<li>Professional coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CRC, RHIT, RHIA)
	<li>Prior experience in risk adjustment coding and documentation review
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;">Experience supervising staff or leading teams in a healthcare operations environment
