LPN Case Manager 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LPN Case Manager to fill an opening with a Prestigious Healthcare Company in Orlando Florida. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for LPN Case Manager: 
Specific Duties:
<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Solves moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Translate concepts into practice.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Coaches, provide feedback, and guides others.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Acts as a resource for others with less experience.</li>
</ul>
 
Shift start &amp; end times: 
8am-5pm Monday-Friday&nbsp; 
 
 
Required Qualifications for LPN Case Manager:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Current LPN license in Florida&nbsp;</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">Current BLS certification</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">1+ years of recent pertinent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:0in; margin:0in 0in 8pt">2 years as a licensed practical nurse in a pertinent practice area</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications for LPN Case Manager:

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Works with less structured, more complex issues.</li>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin:0in">Serves as a resource to others.</li>
</ul>
