Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Up to $15K Sign on Bonus! 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity emergency department at a leading acute-care hospital in the Panama City, FL area. This healthcare organization is known for its strong clinical standards, advanced resources, and team-focused environment. In this role, nurses will care for a wide range of emergency cases, from fast-track to critical care, offering a dynamic setting where each shift brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. 
 
Shift Options:

	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days & Nights
</ul>
 
Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$27.72 - $39.60/hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable
	<li>Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room Registered Nurse:

<ul>
	<li>Gather and analyze patient health data, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and develop individualized diagnoses and care plans.
	<li>Ensure safe, efficient care while educating and supporting patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.
</ul>

Required Qualifications for Emergency Room Registered Nurse:

	<li>Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 
	<li>1+ year of RN bedside experience using clinical skills
