This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy, supporting functional mobility and recovery, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Schedule:

	<li>Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm</li>

Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$38&nbsp;- $49.18/hour&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:

<ul>
	<li>Perform patient assessments and develop individualized physical therapy care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.</li>
	<li>Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to support patient goals and recovery across the continuum of care.</li>
</ul>
