We’re hiring for a Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator with a leading specialty pharmacy—this could be your perfect match!  No healthcare or pharmacy experience is required!
Salary: $21-25/hr 
 
Schedule:  
Full-time, remote, with up to 1 office day per month (depending on distance from Pittsburgh, PA office) 
8:00 a.m.-11:30am start time, Monday-Friday. No weekends!

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Assist patients and prescribers with medication questions, coordinates prescription refill(s), updates billing information, reimbursement support, processing pharmacy claims, obtaining authorizations and overrides as needed and discussing financial responsibility with patients and addresses patient concerns
	<li>Communicate with patients and prescribers/physicians over the phone
</ul>
Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>High school diploma or equivalent
	<li>Bilingual in Mandarin 
</ul>
