Remote,&nbsp;Clinical Pharmacist&nbsp;- Pennsylvania&nbsp; 
 
Pharmacists, we’d love to hear from you! Join our remote clinical pharmacy team where you’ll use your expertise to review prescriptions, counsel patients, resolve medication-related questions, and collaborate with providers to support positive therapeutic outcomes. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists with community or retail experience who are ready to take on a more clinically focused, patient-centered role in specialty pharmacy. 
 
 
Salary: $60–$66 per hour&nbsp;(based on experience) 
 
Schedule:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Position will rotate between&nbsp;8am-9pm&nbsp;Monday-Friday</li>
	<li>Pharmacist will rotate through 8-hour shifts on a weekly basis covering our business hours 8 am- 9 pm EST</li>
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Verify prescription orders for accuracy, communicate with prescribers for clarification, and support medication fulfillment and therapeutic outcomes</li>
	<li>Counsel patients on specialty and non-specialty medications, answer medication-related questions, address escalated concerns, and promote adherence and compliance</li>
	<li>Support prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, documentation, and pharmacy technician activities within a collaborative, clinically focused remote environment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution</li>
	<li>Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania</li>
	<li>Current enrollment in NABP Verify
