Shift: Monday - Friday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM 
 
Summary: The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products. The Technician is responsible for preparing the prescription medications via use of the fulfillment system.  
 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
	<li>Process prescription exceptions which may include: resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach. 
	<li>Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
	<li>Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues.
	<li>Escalate questions regarding prescription to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing. 
	<li>Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirement: Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. This position can be fast pace at times and require contractors to be on their feet throughout the day 
 
Minimum Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>High School Diploma or GED
	<li>Basic computer skills, typing speed of 35 WPM
	<li>3+ months of warehouse experience
	<li>Clear & Active PA Pharmacy Technician License preferred, not required at submittal but candidates have until June 2026 to earn license
	<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk around facility
	<li>Ability to regularly lift 25-50 lbs
</ul>
 
Interviews: 1 Round in person 
 
Contract to hire: Goal is to convert after 3 months
