<p>HealthCare Support is actively seeking a full-time <strong>Physical Therapist</strong> to support patients in <strong>Pt. Charlotte, FL</strong> and surrounding areas.&nbsp;This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality home health physical therapy, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes.</p>

<h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3>

<p>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work-life balance: No weekends, no holidays, no night shifts</p>

<h3><strong>Compensation Notes</strong></h3>

	<p>Pay-per-visit (point system)</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p><strong>Average hourly equivalent:</strong> $50–$55/hour</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p><strong>Estimated annual compensation:</strong> <strong>$105,000–$115,000</strong> (based on experience)</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p><strong>Mileage reimbursement:</strong> Yes, at IRS rate</p>

<h3><strong>Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Provide in home physical therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, following physician-directed care plans.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Deliver hands-on therapy and adjust treatment plans as patients progress.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Communicate regularly with physicians, care teams, and family members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Average visit length is approximately 90 minutes, with a typical caseload of 4–5 visits per day.</p>

<h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>
	<p>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Active Florida Physical Therapist license</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>1+ years of home health experience</p>
	</li>
	<li>
	<p>Current BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)</p>
	</li>
