CT Technologist - Days 35K Sign on Bonus! 
 
We’re looking for a&nbsp;CT Technologist&nbsp;to join a respected faith-based healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through compassion, integrity, service, and excellence. Schedule &amp; Location:

	<li>Portsmouth, VA</li>
	<li>Day Shift</li>
	<li>3 x 12-Hour Shifts</li>
	<li>Direct Hire / Full-Time</li>
</ul>
Compensation Notes:&nbsp;Midgrade Pay Rate:&nbsp;$42.74/hour 
 
Daily Responsibilities for a CT Technologist:

<ul>
	<li>Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort</li>
	<li>Verify image quality and confirm accurate patient and procedural documentation</li>
	<li>Position and immobilize patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images</li>
	<li>Administer oral, rectal, and IV contrast agents as required for procedures</li>
	<li>Assist radiologists with biopsies, drainage procedures, and other interventions utilizing sterile technique</li>
	<li>Review and troubleshoot imaging studies while maintaining compliance with radiation safety standards</li>
	<li>Utilize PACS, Radiant, and other imaging systems to document and manage exams</li>
	<li>Participate in departmental call rotation as needed</li>

Required Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>ARRT Registration required</li>
	<li>BLS Certification required (or must obtain prior to direct patient care)</li>
	<li>1+ year of CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist experience preferred</li>
	<li>Advanced CT Registry preferred or must obtain within 2 years</li>
	<li>Associate degree from an ARRT-accredited program preferred</li>
	<li>Experience with PACS and electronic health record systems preferred</li>
