-HEDIS Medical Records Retrieval Specialist 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a HEDIS Medical Records Retrieval Specialist to fill an opening in Rancho Cucamo, California.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for HEDIS Medical Records Retrieval Specialist:
<ul>
	<li>MAJORITY of this position will be in the field, visiting providers in Riverside and San Bernardino counties
	<li>Under the direction of the Manager, Data Quality, the Data Retrieval Specialist is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and clerical support for the year-round efforts to collect medical records for key quality projects (i.e., HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, DHCS special projects, ad hoc activities).
	<li>Manage the scheduling, retrieval, tracking, monitoring and quality assurance of data collection requirements from physicians for audits and internal processes supporting all HEDIS, Risk Adjustment and Quality activities.
	<li>Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00 PM
</ul>
Required Qualifications for HEDIS Medical Records Retrieval Specialist:

<ul>
	<li>High school diploma or GED
	<li>Must have vehicle, must have a valid California Driver&apos;s license and valid automobile insurance. Must be able to pass DMV Report, driving record of no more than 3 points
	<li>3+ years of healthcare administrative experience
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for HEDIS Medical Records Retrieval Specialist:

<ul>
	<li>Associate&apos;s degree from an accredited institution 
	<li>Health Information Management (HIM) certification
	<li>Experience as an EMR technician
</ul>
