Healthcare Customer Service Advocate 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Hawaii. This is for candidates local to Hawaii ONLY.&nbsp; 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Healthcare Customer Service Advocate:
<ul>
	<li>Responsible for answering the inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.</li>
	<li>Responsible for contacting doctors to obtain necessary prescription information to properly fill a prescription.</li>
	<li>Regular Shift:&nbsp;M-F 8am-4:30pm HST with a 30-minute break&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Remote position Must Live in Hawaii</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Healthcare Customer Service Advocate:

<ul>
	<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
	<li>Must reside in the state of Hawaii&nbsp;</li>
	<li>2-3+ years of customer service experience.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>This is a full function call center - must be comfortable with inbound calls, doing research after the call to help ensure the member's needs are met and completed correctly, and documenting the call</li>
	<li>Strong typing skills 30 WPM + (must put on resume, no typing test required if they already know their speed)</li>
	<li>Good tenure and attendance in past positions (1+ year at most positions)</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications for Healthcare Customer Service Advocate:

<ul>
	<li>Healthcare back office or MCO experience</li>
</ul>

Pay Details: $19.00/hour – 19.00/hour
