Customer Service Representative - Remote - Washington State 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative - Remote to fill an opening in Washington State.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative - Remote:
<ul>
	<li>Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards
	<li>40-50 inbound calls per day, preferably each call under 9 minutes
	<li>Monday  to Friday 8:45-5:15 (may have option to start at 7:45 if they want an earlier schedule) / REMOTE
	<li>Location: Must reside in Washington State
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Remote:

<ul>
	<li>Ability to demonstrate empathy
	<li>1+ years of healthcare call center experience required 
	<li>Microsoft Office: Outlook experience required
	<li>Provides 3 years of healthcare experience in a call center setting, managing an average of 40-60 inbound calls and 10 outbound calls per day
</ul>
