Pharmacist in Charge | Sign-On Bonus Available 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking Pharmacists for leadership and staff level openings to join a highly rated healthcare employer known for exceptional patient experience, strong work-life balance, and outstanding support staff in Roanoke, VA & the surrounding areas including Salem, Blacksburg, Lynchburg, Forest, Christiansburg, and Vinton. Job Duties:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team; appropriately handle customer complaints and direct 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">workflow to reduce customer wait times 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives as developed by the division pharmacy department 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Perform all the duties required and expected of a registered pharmacist in the state of employment and responsible for following all legal and company requirements 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Direct the pharmacy team to achieve warehouse utilization goals, avoid unnecessary overstock, reduce the number of fill on-arrival prescriptions, and 
</ul>
 
Compensation (Pharmacist-in-Charge):

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">$127K - $166K/yr.  
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Annual Bonus $8k - $15k
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus 
</ul>
 
Schedule: 
As the Pharmacist Leader, they will have the autonomy to create their own schedule | As the leader, needs to be flexible! 

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 – 5 on Sundays 
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Active and unencumbered Virginia Pharmacist License
