Pharmacy Director - Salt Lake City, UT

Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 (DOE)

	<li>Eligible for 20% Annual Bonus

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards
	<li>Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
</ul>
 
Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Must have an active/clear Pharmacist license in UT
	<li>5+ years of Leadership experience required
	<li>Track record of driving organizational turnaround or transformational change
	<li>High-performing leader with strong analytical and people management skills
	<li>Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations (managing P&L)
</ul>
