HealthCare Support is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator. This pivotal role empowers you to be at the forefront of transforming primary care throughout Arizona! As a Patient Service Coordinator, you&apos;ll ensure seamless daily operations in our clinics, prioritizing customer care excellence, privacy, compliance, and dynamic patient interactions. Schedule: 
<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch
</ul>
 
Compensation:

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Spanish Language - Additional $1
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will warmly greet patients and facilitate their check-in process, ensuring all necessary forms are accurately completed. You will collaborate closely with leadership to deliver seamless and integrated services, supervise scheduling, and coordinate patient visits through our practice management system. 
</ul>
 
Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">High school diploma or GED required
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">1+ year(s) of experience in a patient-facing front desk medical office role
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Experience taking high volume calls - please be specific on resume
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems
	<li class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0.0in;">Proof of vaccination(s)
</ul>
