Customer Service Representative - Remote Washington State 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking multiple Customer Service Representative - Remote Washington State&nbsp;to fill a large start class October 12th with our prestigious healthcare client in&nbsp;Seattle,&nbsp;Washington. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative - Remote Washington State
<ul>
	<li>A 4-week intensive training program covering Medicare, Medicaid, and claims. Training will be virtual with camera on.</li>
	<li>Inbound call center, some outbound: Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards</li>
	<li>Monday to Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Representative - Remote Washington State

<ul>
	<li>Provides 3 years of healthcare experience in a call center setting, managing an average of 40-60 inbound calls and 10 outbound calls per day</li>
	<li>1+ years of healthcare call center experience required&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Ability to demonstrate empathy</li>
</ul>
