Community Outreach Specialist – Behavioral Health: up to $130,000/year!

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Community Outreach Specialist – Behavioral Health to join a leading addiction treatment organization supporting its residential facility in Paola, KS and outpatient clinic in Overland Park, KS. Location: Springfield, MO. This provider is known for its integrated, whole-person model of care, strong clinical outcomes, and mission-driven approach to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and co-occurring disorders. This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and driving admissions through community outreach.

Shift: 
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$90,000 – $130,000/year</li>
	<li>Will receive a $400/month car stipend</li>
</ul>

Daily Responsibilities for Community Outreach Specialist – Behavioral Health:

<ul>
	<li>Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, therapists, case managers, and community partners</li>
	<li>Promote residential and outpatient addiction treatment services to drive patient admissions</li>
	<li>Support admissions and marketing efforts to maintain census and referral growth</li>
	<li>Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, tours, lunches, and community outreach activities</li>
	<li>Track outreach activity and performance against established KPIs</li>

Required Qualifications for Community Outreach Specialist – Behavioral Health:

	<li>Minimum of 5 years of business development experience - please reach out if you have less than 5 years!&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Business development experience within behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use disorder organizations</li>
	<li>Established referral relationships</li>
</ul>
