Job Duties:

<ul>
	<li>Provides administrative support to the Practice. 
	<li>Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks which include: 
	<ul>
		<li>scheduling meetings and keeping up with calendars
		<li>answering and directing phone calls
		<li>ordering supplies
		<li>preparing payment requisitions
		<li>opening, sorting, and distributing mail
		<li>coordinating maintenance of office equipment
		<li>maintaining confidential files, scanning, and maintaining documents and files
		<li>preparing meeting materials and handouts, and assisting in day-to-day operations of department
	</ul>
	
	<li>Regularly required to communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers.
</ul>
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
