Compensation Notes:&nbsp;

	<li>$30-$42.60/hour&nbsp;+ Shift Differentials (if applicable)</li>
	<li>Up to 20K Sign-On-Bonus</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Emergency Room RN:

<ul>
	<li>Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages by performing rapid assessments, initiating stabilization, providing advanced life support, and developing individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety in a high-acuity environment.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage emergencies, respond to code blues, rapid responses, and trauma activations, and provide comprehensive discharge instructions and referrals</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications for Emergency Room RN:&nbsp;

	<li>Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)&nbsp;</li>
	<li>1+ year of ER experience&nbsp;</li>
