Shift Options:

Compensation Notes:&nbsp;

	<li>$32 - $43.25 /hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable</li>
	<li>Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus!</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve repair/replacement), including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing critical interventions, and educating patients and families on treatment plans.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.</li>
