Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) – $20,000 Sign On Bonus 
 
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized post-surgical care while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to improving mobility, recovery, and quality of life. 
 
Shift Options:

Compensation Notes:

<ul>
	<li>$32 – $43.25/hr + shift differentials if applicable</li>
	<li>Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications for Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN):

<ul>
	<li>Active Florida RN license or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if relocating)</li>
	<li>1+ year of RN experience</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN):

<ul>
	<li>Deliver post-operative orthopedic care—including pain management, mobility support, wound care, and complication monitoring—while educating patients and families on recovery and rehabilitation.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.</li>
