Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse to join the nursing team at a top-rated facility in Tallahassee, FL. Compensation Notes:

	<li>$32 - $43.25/hour + Shift Differentials if applicable
	<li>Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse:

<ul>
	<li>Assess and monitor patients during admission and each shift, administer medications, perform procedures as ordered, and document care while promptly identifying and reporting changes in condition.
	<li>Provide responsive, proactive care, anticipate and address patient needs, and educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up instructions.

Required Qualifications for Telemetry Neuro Registered Nurse:
