HealthCare Support is currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Surgical ICU RN for a top-tier opportunity in Tallahassee, FL.  Join a highly respected healthcare facility recognized for its clinical excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Gynecologic Surgery. This organization is committed to delivering outstanding patient care and fostering a supportive, high-performance environment for its clinical team.  This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who are skilled in post-operative cardiac care and thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments. 
 
Shift Options:

	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends
</ul>
 
Compensation Notes: 

<ul>
	<li>$32 - $43.25 /hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable
</ul>
 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN: 

<ul>
	<li>Provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve repair/replacement), including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing critical interventions, and educating patients and families on treatment plans.
	<li>Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:

	<li>Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 
	<li>1+ year of hospital experience
