<h2><strong>Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus</strong></h2>

<p>HealthCare Support is seeking <strong>Private Duty Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)</strong> to join a locally owned home care agency providing high-quality, one-on-one care across <strong>Pasco and Pinellas Counties, Florida</strong>.</p>

<p>This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by caring for <strong>pediatric, young adult, and adult patients</strong> in their home environment while working with an agency that prioritizes patient care, nurse support, and consistency.</p>

<h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>$30.00 – $45.00/hour</strong> (based on case complexity, experience, and patient needs)
	<li>Shift differentials available for nights/weekends
	<li><strong>$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time):</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>$250 after 30 days
		<li>$750 after 90 days
	</ul>
	
	<li><strong>Weekly pay</strong> (Monday–Sunday workweek, paid the following Friday)
</ul>

	<li>Flexible scheduling options available
	<li>Day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts
	<li>8, 10, and 12-hour shifts depending on case
	<li>No on-call requirement
	<li>24-hour clinical support available

<h3><strong>Daily Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the home
	<li>Administer medications and treatments
	<li>Manage care such as feeding tubes (GT/JT), tracheostomy care, ventilators, and oxygen therapy as required per case
	<li>Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
	<li>Accurately complete electronic documentation during each shift
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Active, unrestricted <strong>RN or LPN license in Florida</strong>
	<li>Minimum <strong>1 year of nursing experience</strong>
	<li>Experience in home health or private duty preferred
	<li>Ability to provide hands-on patient care, including lifting/transfers as needed
	<li>Ventilator and trach experience required for select cases
</ul>

<h3><strong>Patient Population & Cases:</strong></h3>

<p>Opportunities available across <strong>Pasco and Pinellas Counties</strong>, including:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Pediatric, adult, and long-term care patients
	<li>Cases involving <strong>seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, ALS, chronic lung disease, and spinal conditions</strong>
	<li>Care needs may include <strong>GT/JT feeding, trach/vent management, mobility assistance, and ADLs</strong>
	<li>Various home environments (some with family involvement and pets)
</ul>

	<li><strong>Pasco County:</strong> Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Dade City and surrounding areas
	<li><strong>Pinellas County:</strong> St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole and surrounding areas
