<h2>Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus</h2>

HealthCare Support is seeking Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a locally owned home care agency providing high-quality, one-on-one care across Pasco County, Florida.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by caring for pediatric, young adult, and adult patients in their home environment while working with an agency that prioritizes patient care, nurse support, and consistency.

<h3>Compensation:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>$30.00 – $35.00/hour (based on case complexity, experience, and patient needs)
	<li>$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time):
	<ul>
		<li>$250 after 30 days
		<li>$750 after 90 days
	</ul>
	
	<li>Weekly pay (Monday–Sunday workweek, paid the following Friday)
</ul>

<h3>Schedule:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Flexible scheduling options available
	<li>Day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts
	<li>8, 10, and 12-hour shifts depending on case
	<li>No on-call requirement
</ul>

<h3>Daily Responsibilities:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the home
	<li>Administer medications and treatments
	<li>Manage care such as feeding tubes (GT/JT), tracheostomy care, ventilators, and oxygen therapy as required per case
	<li>Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
	<li>Accurately complete electronic documentation during each shift
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications:</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Active, unrestricted LPN license in Florida
	<li>Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
	<li>Experience in home health or private duty preferred
	<li>Ability to provide hands-on patient care, including lifting/transfers as needed
	<li>Ventilator and trach experience required for select cases
</ul>

<h3>Patient Population & Cases:</h3>

Opportunities available across Pasco County, including:

<ul>
	<li>Pediatric, adult, and long-term care patients
	<li>Cases involving seizure disorders, cerebral palsy, ALS, chronic lung disease, and spinal conditions
	<li>Care needs may include GT/JT feeding, trach/vent management, mobility assistance, and ADLs
	<li>Various home environments (some with family involvement and pets)
</ul>

	<li>Pasco County: Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Dade City, New Port Richey and surrounding areas
