Certified Medical Coder – CPC / CCS  
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Certified Medical Coder to fill an opening with a Healthcare Organization in The Villages, FL. 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Certified Medical Coder – CPC / CCS :

<ul>
	<li>Review medical records, provider notes, dictation and other documentation and compare to the actual codes selected by the provider
	<li>Utilize ICD9/ICD10 to code diagnosis and determine principal and significant secondary diagnoses
	<li>Utilize CPT/HPCS to assign and sequence all codes for services rendered
	<li>Shift: Mon-Fri 
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for Certified Medical Coder – CPC / CCA / CCS:

<ul>
	<li>High School Graduate
	<li>1+ years medical coding experience
	<li>One certification required: CPC, CPC-A, CCS, or CRC
</ul>
