Nurse Practitioner 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Trinity, North Carolina.  
 
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:
<ul>
	<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments 
	Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions 
	Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
	<li>8-5pm: Mon-Fri
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

<ul>
	<li>Active and unrestricted license in North Carolina
	<li>NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
	<li>Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement, if applicable in your state
	<li>Full COVID-19 vaccination 
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

<ul>
	<li>1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
	<li>Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
	<li>Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness
</ul>

Pay Details: $75- $82/ Hour
