Respiratory Therapist or RN – Home Healthcare

Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist or RN for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected healthcare company here in Vernal, UT. 
 
Pay Details: $35 - $37 an hour based on experience&nbsp; 

<ul>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">$4K Sign on Bonus!</li>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">Mileage Reimbursement</li>
</ul>
 
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8a-5p | Flexible to 4x10 or 5x8 shifts as well! &nbsp; 
 
Daily Responsibilities for the Respiratory Therapist or RN – Home Healthcare:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">Delivers in-home respiratory therapy including ventilator management, oxygen therapy setup, patient assessment, and equipment titration per physician orders</li>
	<li style="margin-right: 0.0in;">Provides patient and caregiver education on the safe and effective use of respiratory equipment and monitors compliance with prescribed therapy</li>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">Performs clinical documentation and follow-up through electronic charting, telephone support, and in-person reassessments; participates in on-call rotation and utilizes personal vehicle for patient visits with mileage reimbursement</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for the Respiratory Therapist or RN – Home Healthcare:

<ul>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse in the state of practice</li>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">Home healthcare experience</li>
	<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;">May be required to obtain license in neighboring states as required by service are of location </li>
</ul>
