Location:  Remote in TX – any of the cities below would work. Prefer candidates in Waco, Killeen, Bryan, College Station, Temple, Copperas Cove, or North Austin. (Central SDA preferred, Travis and Dallas SDA' can work) Training will be primarily remote but may be some on-site trainings and will be required to do an observation visit in-person with one of the Nurses at a members home.

Day to Day Duties:

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Call adult members to follow up on all pending services & appointments.  
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Call MD offices, clinics, DME companies, & other providers to set up/coordinate member MD appointments, services, supplies and equipment.
	<li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">Assist members with finding providers when needed. 
	<li style="margin-top: 3.0pt;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 1.0pt;margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">This role is fast paced and requires excellent multi-tasking skills and someone who is a fast learner.  
	<li style="margin-top: 3.0pt;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 1.0pt;margin: 0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.5in;">This role interacts internally with the team and other departments, as well as externally with providers and members. Good customer service skills are a must. Interaction will be through telephone calls, messages on Microsoft Teams, email, and video. There will also be some in-person trainings required at an office
	<li style="margin-top: 3.0pt;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 1.0pt;margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt 0.5in;">Training also includes an observation visit with the nurse (field Service Coordinator) at a member’s home. The visit will be in-person and may require travel up to 2 hours one-way.
