HealthCare Support is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a modern, freestanding emergency department in Wildwood, FL. This facility offers advanced on-site diagnostics, efficient patient flow, and a supportive environment where RNs can practice with strong autonomy. It’s an excellent opportunity for nurses who want to deliver high-quality emergency care while expanding their clinical skills in a well-equipped, fast-paced setting.&nbsp; 
 
Compensation Notes:
<ul>
	<li>$30.60&nbsp;- $45.90/hour&nbsp;+&nbsp;Shift differentials if applicable</li>
	<li>Up to $15K Sign-on bonus</li>
</ul>

	<li>Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs. </li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications for a ER RN:

<ul>
	<li>Florida RN License</li>
	<li>1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, or acute hospital experience&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Daily Responsibilities for ER RN:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages while developing and implementing individualized care plans</li>
	<li>Manage multiple cases simultaneously by providing general nursing care, prioritizing patient needs</li>
</ul>
