Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

HealthCare Support is seeking&nbsp;Private Duty&nbsp;Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)&nbsp;to join a locally owned home care agency providing high quality, one on one care across&nbsp;Wimauma, Florida. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by caring for pediatric, young adult, and long term care patients in their home environment while working with an agency that prioritizes patient care, nurse support, and consistency.

<h3>Compensation:</h3>

$30.00 – $37.00 hourly (based on case complexity) 
$1,000 Sign On Bonus (Full Time) 
Weekly pay (Monday–Sunday workweek, paid the following Friday)

Flexible scheduling options available 
Days, nights, weekends, and extended shifts depending on case 
No on call requirement

<h3>Daily Responsibilities:</h3>

&nbsp;

Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the home 
Administer medications and manage feeding tube care 
Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living per plan of care 
Complete accurate electronic documentation during each shift

<h3>Qualifications:</h3>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Active, unrestricted&nbsp;LPN license in Florida</li>
	<li>Minimum 1 year of nursing experience</li>
	<li>Comfortable providing hands-on care in a private duty setting</li>
	<li>Ability to assist with lifting and transfers as needed</li>
