Pharmacist 
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a&nbsp;Pharmacist&nbsp;to fill an opening in&nbsp;Woodridge, Illinois.&nbsp; 
 
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist:
<ul>
	<li>Accept and dispense prescription medications.</li>
	<li>Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files</li>
	<li>Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management.</li>
	<li>Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist:

<ul>
	<li>Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.</li>
	<li>Licensed by the state pharmacy board.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications for Pharmacist:

<ul>
	<li>Preferred experience with home infusion pharmacy</li>
</ul>
