James “JT” Thompson, was promoted to President in September 2017. Prior to becoming President, JT was Chief Operating Officer of HealthCare Support (HSS) since April 2013. JT began his staffing career in 1999 as a recruiter for one of largest staffing firms in the world. He held positions of increased responsibilities, including serving as an account executive and director of business operations (DBO). In the position of DBO, JT ran a multi-location $30 million (annual) operation.

JT’s experience in staffing covers healthcare, light industrial/technical, engineering, aviation, professional services, environmental and scientific. His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning for business development and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year. Since starting with HSS, the company’s revenue has nearly doubled going from 38 million to 69 million. Under his leadership HSS has also earned some of the industry’s most coveted accolades which include:

JT is a native Floridian and has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at the University of Central Florida. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, hunting, fishing and traveling.

Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Chris Abel

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. Prior to joining HSS, Chris served as CFO for a Florida based group of technical colleges and institutes. A CPA for over 20 years, Chris began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in the entertainment, services and education industries.

Chris grew up in Orlando and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, scuba diving, and reading.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started in the staffing industry in 1994 and has held various recruiting, sales, and executive leadership roles. Tom was a founding partner in a technology staffing firm from 1996-2009 and also has significant past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. His primary responsibility in his leadership role with HSS is to mentor the sales and recruiting teams and be of service to our healthcare client partners.

Originally from California, Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Josh Mohler

Josh Mohler joined HealthCare Support in August of 2018, as a Director of Operations. He has 15+ years of Human Capital Management/Staffing experience within a variety of industries and verticals. Throughout his career, Josh has partnered with incredible clients and counterparts, and has a true passion for building lasting partnerships and relationships.

His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning to enhance client experience and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

Josh is a proud native Texan, however, now calls Central Florida home. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Texas State University. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family (amazing wife and two children). Some of his hobbies include: golf, boating and going to the beach, and traveling.

Audrey Owen
Director of International Business Operations

Audrey Owen joined HealthCare Support in October of 2014. She started with the company as a Recruiting Consultant and in June of 2015 she was promoted to Operations & Delivery Manager before she received her current title of Director of International Business Operations. Before joining HSS, Audrey worked as a Manager with Pier 1 Imports where she was responsible for sales, training, development, performance management and talent acquisition. Audrey uses her past experience in her new role at HSS where she is responsible for leading a team of 40.

Audrey was born in Louisiana, but grew up in Houston, Texas. As a child she was very active in a variety of sports including soccer and competitive cheerleading. Her love of sports, fitness, and health lead to a degree in Exercise Science from Boise State University. Currently, some of her favorite activities include yoga, running, and traveling.

Philip Wong
Director of MSP Operations

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Lacy Kraiss

Lacy Kraiss joined HealthCare Support in 2012 and serves as Director of Corporate Compliance. In her current role, Lacy is responsible for establishing and implementing an effective compliance program to prevent company liability and ensure all contractors and candidates have been properly credentialed. Additionally, Lacy directs all day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department.

Lacy’s experience in the industry includes an in-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and licensure requirements in addition to Human Resource policies and Employment Law. Lacy’s previous roles included duties relating to sales administration, client relations, and healthcare professional placement.

Lacy received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. A Florida native, Lacy was born and raised in Orlando where she currently resides. In her spare time, Lacy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dance and fitness, and traveling.

Ana Bayolo

Ana Bayolo joined HealthCare Support in April 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Ana was promoted to Senior Recruiting Consultant in August of 2015, Account Manager, Permanent Placement Division in December 2015 and Manager of Perm Operations in April 2016. Ana’s team focuses on the permanent placement of skilled professionals within the healthcare industry. A Florida native, Ana has six years of sales and recruitment experience with over five years focusing in the healthcare field. She has spent her career recruiting and qualifying candidates to ensure she finds the right fit for their expertise. She has helped successfully placed hundreds of job seekers to both permanent and continuous contract roles.

She attended the University of Central Florida where she studied Psychology to better understand the nature of human behavior. She uses her background to build solid relationships and to truly understand her candidate’s needs, setting them up for success. Ana spends her spare time with her family and friends, enjoying the beach and concerts. She also loves to travel and enjoy what sites the world has to offer.

Todd Siemian

Todd Siemian joined HealthCare Support in August of 2018 as a Manager of Perm Operations. Todd has over 5 years of experience in healthcare staffing that include recruiter, team lead, and director of recruiting operations in both permanent and contingent capacities.

Todd was raised in Windermere, FL and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Central Florida and a master’s in business administration from Rollins College. He enjoys playing golf, fishing, and any watersports.

Christine Shea is the Operations Manager for HealthCare Support and brings with her several years of experience and expertise in the healthcare recruiting field. At HSS Christine is responsible for a full range of administrative and operational duties and is the right hand to our President and COO. Christine has been instrumental in the fine tuning of internal procedures to ensure our clients with the highest level of service for their professional staffing needs.

Christine joined HSS in August 2011 as a Recruitment Coordinator where she was primarily responsible for assisting our Senior Recruiters with the credentialing of new placements. She also went above her call of duty and provided daily administrative support for the agency and implemented workplace policies and procedures. Prior to joining HSS, Christine worked as a Recruitment Specialist for U.S. Medical Management / Visiting Physician Association.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Central Florida in Sociology and Education. A proud Florida native, Christine enjoys spending her free outdoors and with family.

Irene Montanaro

Irene Montanaro joined HealthCare Support in January 2012 as a Recruiting Consultant and transitioned into the marketing field as the Marketing Coordinator in September 2014. Currently Irene holds the position of Manager of Marketing & Corporate Events and assists the agency’s Business Development Team in all functions of marketing and public relations including coordinating conferences, internal events, meetings, and incentive trips, managing HSS’ social media presence, and creating all marketing material. Her efforts support HSS’s mission to provide the highest quality candidate to the very best companies within the healthcare industry.

Irene comes from Greek roots and was born in London, England. She moved to Clearwater, Florida in the early 90’s and relocated to Orlando to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Central Florida in 2008. Irene and her husband have two boys. When she is not busy entertaining, Irene enjoys traveling and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Caroline Casturo started with HealthCare Support as a Sr. Director for Enterprise Solutions in August 2018 after spending 4 years in healthcare staffing. Caroline has a bachelor’s in Business Management and has been in Sales for over 10 years. She is originally from the east coast of Florida, but recently relocated to the Tampa area. Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and 9-year-old daughter. She also loves the outdoors and spends her free time kayaking, fishing, and biking, when she is not at a football game watching her daughter cheer.

Christie Byrd joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Senior Director of National Accounts. With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

Julie Barrera

Julie Barrera joined HealthCare Support in October 2016 as the Manager of Strategic Accounts. She joins the team with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare staffing space. Her responsibilities include prospecting, closing, and managing new clients, for both clinical and non-clinical positions.

Julie is from Dallas and received her BA from the University of Texas in Austin and her MS from Amberton University in Dallas. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s Montessori school and keeps active by running. She checked off a bucket list item by running 26.2 miles in the NYC Marathon in 2013.

Laura Skladany joined the HealthCare Support team February 4, 2013. She was hired into the company as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the South East Division and was promoted to Key Account Manager of Centene in January 2015 and Executive Development Manager in March of 2017. Laura looks forward to becoming a valued asset to this team by utilizing her skills to drive and produce positive results.

In 2006 Laura graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Sport Management. While attending her family relocated to the Orlando area, upon graduation she decided to make the move as well. For the past 5 years Laura has been employed through Dillard’s Inc. She has spent her time working as an Area Sales Manager for four of the five Orlando locations. Laura considers herself to be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and great initiative. In her free time she enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with my family.

Kelli Martin

Kelli Martin joined Healthcare Support in October, 2011 as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the Tampa division. She excelled into a Senior Key Account Manager position for our MSP Division in November, 2013 where she worked closely with some of our largest accounts to meet the needs and requests of hiring managers. In September, 2017 Kelli received another promotion to Executive Development Manager. In this role she is responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying opportunity and building relationships with multi-level contacts.

Kelli received her BA Degree in Psychology and Pre-Med from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She happily relocated to Florida in 2010 and was born for Florida weather! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, water skiing, animals, saving the environment and spending time with friends and family.

Lauren DeVere

Lauren DeVere joined HSS on August 14th, 2017 as a Senior Key Account Manager. Prior to HSS, she worked at Aerotek for 4 ½ years. Throughout her career with Aerotek she recruited, sold and managed a team of 11 – both Account Managers and Recruiters. While working with Aerotek’s Professional Services Division her focus was in their Commercial and Manufacturing divisions. During her career at Aerotek, Lauren hit three full contests and twelve quarter contests.

Hailing from Medina, Ohio Lauren played soccer her whole life and continued to play in college at Ohio University while she majored in Communications and Business. In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Dexter and Briggs, going to the beach, working out and planning her wedding with her fiancé, Aaron.

Shanna Ramirez joined Healthcare Support in 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant for the Perm Team and was promoted to Senior Key Account Manager in April 2016. Prior to joining the HSS Team she was a Business Development Manager for a local staffing firm. Over the past 11 years, Shanna had been in the staffing industry which included recruiting, sales, account management and business development. Shanna is excited to be a part of HSS and hopes to continue her success in staffing healthcare professionals.

Originally from Davenport, Iowa Shanna moved back to Florida and began attending Valencia Community College in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Business management. When she is not working, she is actively involved with her son and his high school sports.

Jackie Babinski joined Healthcare Support in December of 2013 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and transitioned to a Key Account Manager in January 2015 and then into a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016 . Prior to joining HSS, she provided client support in the fields of advertising and publishing/conference planning. She is thoroughly dedicated to the guiding principle of treating clients’ businesses as if they were her own. Jackie is a graduate of Keiser University and a long-time resident of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting art museums, as well as biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Hope Brill joined Healthcare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016. Her knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically medical sales, brings an exciting insight to the team. Hope’s goal in her new career with HSS is to deliver a strong work ethic and high level of commitment to meet her client’s needs.

Originally from Orlando, she attended the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing, with a strong focus on sales. Hope currently resides in Winter Springs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time!

Sarah Adams joined Healthcare Support in February of 2016 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to a Key Account Manager in December 2016. Born and raised in Orlando, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Services Administration and Marketing in May of 2015. Prior to working for HSS, Sarah worked as an Administrative Assistant for an electrical contracting company. In her spare time Sarah works towards her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at UCF. She also enjoys exploring Central Florida and spending time with her loved ones.

Alyssa LaFlesh

Alyssa LaFlesh graduated from the University of South Florida in August 2014, with a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology. After graduation, she moved back to her hometown Orlando, FL. In October 2014 Alyssa joined HealthCare Support as the Administrative assistant and shortly after transitioned into a Recruitment Coordinator role. In April 2015 Alyssa was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator where she facilitates communications between her team and our clients and in October she received another promotion to Key Account Manager. Alyssa looks forward to her continued growth with HSS.

In her spare time, Alyssa loves going to the beach, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Cooper.

Ashley DeSalvo joined HealthCare Support as a Recruitment Coordinator in July of 2016 and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in June of 2017. Not long after Ashley earned another promotion to Key Account Manager. Ashley came to HealthCare Support after 5 years at Universal Studios. She grew up in Navarre, FL and moved to Orlando in 2011 to attend the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

Jordi Johnson

Jordi Johnson joined the HealthCare Support team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in September 2017 and was quickly promoted to a Key Account Manager in June 2018. She is passionate about serving her clients and believes the key to providing the best service lies in communication amongst her clients and her team of recruiters. Previous to HSS, Jordi worked in the hospitality industry at Marriott Hotels and Publix Supermarkets. Jordi is a graduate from the University of Central Florida and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management.

Outside of work, Jordi enjoys boating with her family and friends, hiking, camping, shopping and playing with her adorable cat, Cali.

Taryn Coates

Taryn Coates joined HealthCare Support as a Key Account Manager in 2018. Prior to becoming an Account Manager Taryn worked as Recruiting Consultant focusing on direct hire and right to hire positions. Having been raised in Sarasota, she settled in Orlando after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, Taryn enjoys fitness related activities, playing with animals, and traveling over long weekends.

Judi Esquivel

Judi Esquivel joined HealthCare Support as a Key Account Manager in August 2018. Before joining the HSS team, Judi worked in the healthcare staffing industry for over 3 years, as well as an additional 5 years of retail management experience.

Judi is a Florida native and has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, training for half marathons, and attending any sporting events.

Laura Gonzalez joined HealthCare Support as an Account Manager in July 2018. Before joining the HSS team, Laura worked in the healthcare staffing industry for over 3 years. She moved back to Orlando after 6 years in Dallas, TX. She attended Valencia College majoring in Education.

In her spare time, Laura is kept busy by her 2 daughters, Kelsy and Kylah. She loves relaxing with family and friends by the pool, swimming, BBQing and watching her daughter, Kelsy golf.

Kristen Wissick

Kristen joined HealthCare Support as an Administrative Assistant in November 2013. She was promoted to Recruitment Coordinator in March 2014 and transitioned into her Senior Recruitment Coordinator role in November of 2014 before joining our Business Development Team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in May of 2015. Since then, Kristen excelled into a Key Account Manager role in our MSP division in October of 2017.

Originally from Rochester, New York Kristen moved to Orlando, Florida to enjoy the warm weather. Kristen attended college at Saint John Fisher in Rochester, New York where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Throughout her college career she worked for local government at the Webster Town Hall.

Kristen enjoys hiking, cooking, visiting the many beaches Florida has to offer and spending time with friends and family.

Stephanie Skladany

Stephanie joined HealthCare Support in October, 2012 as a the Administrative Assistant and has since been promoted several times to a Recruitment Coordinator, Client Relationship Coordinator and now her current role of Key Account Manager in our MSP Division. Before coming to Healthcare Support she worked in the service industry and retail.

Chantal Magnin joined HealthCare Support in November of 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted to Compliance Coordinator. She received another advancement in September of 2016 as a Senior Compliance Specialist, MSP Division. She helps to guarantee that the internal team is following the guidelines and procedures set forth by HealthCare Support and our clients. Chantal is a native Floridian from Miami and is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. Prior to joining HealthCare, Chantal studied abroad in Spain at a Bioarchaeological Field School in order for her to further her higher education. Lisa Perrault joined Healthcare Support Staffing in December 2015 as a Compliance Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Compliance Specialist in August 2016. Previously, Lisa worked as a science teacher in both the middle and elementary school system.

Lisa has lived in Orlando, Florida for over 20 years where she attended the University of Central Florida graduating with her Bachelor’s degree. During college, she was a student athlete and rowed for UCF during 4 years. Outside of work, she enjoys being a dance fitness instructor and hanging out with her family and friends.

Liane Houseman has worn many hats since joining HealthCare Support in April of 2015 including Recruitment Coordinator, Client Relationship Coordinator, Key Account Manager, Compliance Coordinator, and her current role, Compliance Specialist. Liane is thrilled to be a part of the HSS family and contribute in any way she can to the company’s success. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology and a Minor in English Literature.

Before joining HSS, Liane worked in the service industry as well as Disney World. She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and recently moved to Florida so she could be closer to the beach. In her free time, Liane enjoys performing and watching improv and sketch comedy shows, playing board games, and spending time with her friends and family.

In April 2017, she transitioned to become a Compliance Coordinator. Christine graduated from Davidson College with a degree in German Studies. Before joining HSS, she managed a fine dining restaurant in Delray Beach, FL and is a Level 1 Sommelier and Cicerone. She was born in Jacksonville, FL, and spent time in Charlotte, NC, New York City, and Wurzburg, Germany before settling here in Orlando. Jasmine Gordon joined the HealthCare Support family in July 2018 as a Compliance Coordinator. Jasmine’s professional career started when she was promoted from the Assistant Store Manager to the Operations Manager for Pandora Jewelry, which she oversaw multiple locations in the Southeast to Midwest regions. In 2015, she began working for HCS Healthcare where she worked her way up to the role of Compliance Team Lead.

Jasmine’s focus is currently on two main goals: buying a home and starting an organization helping homeless shelters with essential needs for women. Jasmine is an Orlando native where she earned her degree in Sociology at Seminole State College. When she is not working, Jasmine enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

She is from the Orlando, FL area and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys going to the beach/Wekiva Springs, attending UCF football games, going to the local theme parks, and spending time with friends and family.

She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. While attending school there she worked for their Enrollment Management team. She is excited to be a part of the HSS team and learn as much as possible from her colleagues.

Jezrelle considers Orlando, Florida her home but was originally born in Honolulu, Hawaii and spent most of her childhood in Japan, she lived a year in San Diego, California before her father retired from the U.S. Navy. A native to the Orlando, Florida area, Mackenzie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management. She currently resides in Lake Mary and enjoys spending time with her family, rescue pup, and friends.

Nilmaris Figueroa joined HealthCare Support on August of 2018 as an Onboarding Coordinator. She attended the University of Puerto Rico in Arecibo where she graduated with a BA in Communications with a concentration on Radio Communications. While studying and after graduation from college, Nilmaris worked as a manager of a beach hotel in her hometown Rincon, PR.

Looking for a change, Nilmaris moved with her family to Winter Park, FL on October of 2015. Prior to HealthCare Support, she worked as a Service Cashier at Orlando Infiniti. She is energetic, always smiling and has a positive attitude. She enjoys meeting new people, karaoke, cooking and since she was born and raised in an island, she considers herself a mermaid. Her Goal is to never stop learning, become an exceptional asset and is looking forward to much growth within HealthCare Support.

Andy, is an AR Manager with over 15 years of experience. He joined HealthCare Support in July 2016 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, working with the leadership team to help identify process opportunities and lead the organization to continued financial strength. In May 2018 Andy was promoted to Director of Cash Management. Previously, Andy served as AR/Treasury/AP Manager at Fresh Express (which operates as a part of Chiquita Brands International). He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards.

Andy grew up in Southern Indiana and recently moved to Central Florida. Being a “Hoosier”, he enjoys watching IU basketball and rooting on the Indianapolis Colts. Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, playing music, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Tina Geer joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as the Accounting Manager. Tina was born in Guyana and grew up in Queens, New York. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College in Manhattan, New York. She then moved to Florida and went into public accounting with Arthur Andersen as an Auditor. Tina is a Licensed CPA in the State of Florida and she also has over 15 years of experience in Property Accounting. Tina looks forward to being a part of the Healthcare Support Team.

Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

Ben Backstrom joined HSS in March of 2015 working on the shared services team as the Financial Analyst. He worked for both HSS & HCS for a few years before being aligned with HCS. Ben is now back fully with HSS as the Sr. Financial Analyst and is happy to help with the continued growth.

Ben played soccer and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Carson-Newman University in Tennessee. He furthered his education by earning a Finance focused MBA over in London. After this, Ben relocated to Orlando and worked a few years for a company in the mortgage industry prior to joining HSS. Ben enjoys sports, craft beer, music and has a male tuxedo cat.

Jacob Marchetti is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Finance. He was born and raised in Orlando, and is a proud fan of the Orlando Magic. Jacob joined the HealthCare Support team in December of 2015 as our Staff Accountant and is very excited to be a part of our team and culture. Jacob recently traveled to China and loves to dedicate his free time to volunteering with the youth group at Faith Assembly Church- both are passions of his. He also enjoys playing and watching sports such as soccer, basketball, and football. Jacob considers his biggest professional accomplishment to date to be helping people with the life changing experience of buying a home.

Steve Footer is a long-time veteran of HealthCare Support Staffing. He has been a payroll expert since 1992, with the last 16 years spent at HSS. Steve provides the Accounting Department with trust, credibility, and expertise in this area. His goal is to ensure accuracy in weekly temp payroll and to stay up to date with the most recent payroll changes.

Steve was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He enjoys cooking, traveling to the coast of Maine, collecting old books and spending time at the Disney parks. He has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Brevard Community College (now known as Eastern Florida State College) and is also certified in Computer Systems by Keiser College. Steve was promoted to Senior Payroll Specialist as of January 2018.

Corey Vanskike joined HealthCare Support from HCS Healthcare in July 2018 as the Accounts Receivable Manager. Corey earned his B.A. in Economics from Knox College and holds his CBA designation from the National Association of Credit Management. Corey brings over five years of credit risk management experience from public and private companies ranging from small to large enterprises. He began his career in commercial banking as a credit analyst supporting the $500 million commercial loan portfolio of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. After relocating to Florida with his family, Corey joined the acquisition team of Fresh Express ($1 billion division of Chiquita Brands) where he facilitated the transition of the credit, treasury, and cash management functions to Windermere, FL. Corey is a data driven professional, experienced at managing organizational change and implementing scalable procedures that adhere to industry accepted best practices. Outside of the office Corey serves as a Rotarian with the Lake Buena Vista Rotary Club. His passions include: personal finance, running, and coffee.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Maryland, Nina attended and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In her free time Nina enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, swimming, kayaking with her husband and 2 girls. She loves cooking and all ethnic foods.

Heather Roberts joined HealthCare Support in 2015 as the Strategic Alliances Manager. She comes with several years’ experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting having held multiple positions in different aspects of the business ranging from recruiting, sales, management and training/development. In Heather’s current role of Manager of Systems & Contracts she is focused on managing and leveraging HSS’ strategic partnerships to match the goals and vision of the company.

Heather earned her degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida and is a native Floridian originally from West Palm Beach. She enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter and can be spotted most weekends at theme parks around Orlando.

Before joining HSS, Lian worked in the Marketing and Events industry as a Marketing and Events Manager. She went to Sacred Heart University where she majored in Communications while playing on their Division 1 Women’s Volleyball team. Before HSS, she was the Marketing Coordinator for LOCALE Magazine in Costa Mesa, CA. Sarah joined HealthCare Support in October 2018 and is their Social Media Specialist. Ashley Peppard joined HealthCare Support as the Administrative Assistant in April of 2018. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Ashley has lived in the Greater Orlando Area most of her life. Prior to joining HSS, Ashley worked in the retail and hospitality industries. In her current role, she is able to use her past experience in customer service to help drive a positive candidate experience. Ashley’s passions include cheerleading, painting, exercising, and listening to music.
