Jennifer Socarras

With over 13 years of staffing industry experience, Jennifer Socarras is recognized for understanding the ever changing needs of clients and has been instrumental in establishing many of HealthCare Support Staffing’s largest customers. In 2006, Socarras was appointed President of HSS. Under her leadership, she has helped Healthcare Support Staffing earn some of the industry’s highest accolades which include:

• Staffing Industry Analysts’ Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the US, 2016 and 2015

• Staffing Industry Analysts’ Fastest Growing Staffing Firm in the US, 2016, 2015 and 2014

Socarras’ responsibilities include full operational accountability, strategic direction for business development and marketing efforts, employee development and business operations. She enjoys the challenge of managing a large team and leading client development efforts. Her leadership and dedication are a large part of the company’s overall success.

In 2002 Socarras completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Florida and graduated with honors. She began her career with HSS in 2003 as an Account Executive. In 2004 Socarras transitioned to Director of Business Development & Operations before becoming President of HSS in 2006.

James Thompson

James joined Healthcare Support Staffing, Inc. (HSS) in April of 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. James started his career in staffing in 1999 with one of the largest staffing firms in the world. James’ staffing experience includes recruiting, account executive and director of business operations (DBO). In his last role of DBO, James ran a multi-location $30 million (annual) operation. His experience in staffing covers light industrial/technical, engineering, aviation, professional services, environmental and scientific. James’s responsibilities at Healthcare Support Staffing include day-to-day management of business operations, training/development & hiring. James’s business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

James is a native Floridian and has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. James earned his Bachelor’s degree in communication at the University of Central Florida. James enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and travel

Dean DiPaolo

Dean, is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership. He joined the company in January 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the executive team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. Previously, Dean served as CFO of a nationally based business process outsource provider of payroll, staffing, accounting and other services. He also worked for Ernst & Young’s auditing department and Medaphis, a physician management company.

Dean has served on non-profit boards, including President and Treasurer of Central Florida Big Brothers Big Sisters and Treasurer of Dommerich Elementary Foundation. He is an active member in several community organizations and enjoys coaching youth sports. He grew up in South Florida but has also lived overseas in Saudi Arabia and Austria. A graduate from the University of Florida, Dean enjoys rooting on the Gators, fishing, running, the beach but mostly enjoys spending time with his family.

Rebecca Parsons
Executive Director of Sales & Client Relations

Rebecca Parsons joined Healthcare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Sales & Client Relations in August 2015. A transplant from Atlanta, GA, Rebecca’s previous experience has been in the blue collar staffing arena, with positions ranging from field and national sales roles to sales management. Rebecca is a passionate sales leader who plans to bring strategic direction through coaching, developing, and mentoring her sales team. She has the proven ability to lead sales teams to achieve multi-million dollar revenue gains.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University. Her hobbies include cooking, entertaining, volunteering for animal rescue organizations and spending time with her dog, Tug.

Clay Coleman
Executive Director, Recruiting Operations

Clay joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015. Clay started in the staffing and recruiting industry in 1999 and has worked in multiple markets over the past 16 years. He has held numerous roles from recruiting, account executive, director of national accounts and most recently an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to hunt.

Tim Ulmer
Executive Director of MSP Operations

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Lacy Kraiss

Lacy Kraiss joined Healthcare Support in 2012 and serves as Director of Corporate Compliance. In her current role, Lacy is responsible for establishing and implementing an effective compliance program to prevent company liability and ensure all contractors and candidates have been properly credentialed. Additionally, Lacy directs all day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department.

Lacy’s experience in the industry includes an in-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and licensure requirements in addition to Human Resource policies and Employment Law. Lacy’s previous roles included duties relating to sales administration, client relations, and healthcare professional placement.

Lacy received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. A Florida native, Lacy was born and raised in Orlando where she currently resides. In her spare time, Lacy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dance and fitness, and traveling.

Audrey Owen
Operations & Delivery Manager

Audrey Owen joined HealthCare Support in October of 2014. She started with the company as a Recruiting Consultant and in June of 2015 she was promoted to Operations & Delivery Manager. Before joining HSS, Audrey worked as a Manager with Pier 1 Imports where she was responsible for sales, training, development, performance management and talent acquisition. Audrey uses her past experience in her new role at HSS where she is responsible for leading a team of 40.

Audrey was born in Louisiana, but grew up in Houston, Texas. As a child she was very active in a variety of sports including soccer and competitive cheerleading. Her love of sports, fitness, and health lead to a degree in Exercise Science from Boise State University. Currently, some of her favorite activities include yoga, running, and traveling.

Philip Wong

Philip joined the HSS team in February of 2013. He started with the company as a Recruiter and transitioned into the role of a Senior Key Account Manager for our MSP division shortly after. As an Account Manager, he works with some of our largest clients by acting as the central point of contact and works with the MSP teams to respond to posting needs and manages all client communications. Prior to joining HSS, Philip worked as a Manager with Enterprise Rent-a-car where he gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, business management, leadership/training, and client management. Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a Minor in Digital Media. When not hard at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family, cycling, fishing, movies, and updating his food blog.

Ana Bayolo

Ana Bayolo joined HealthCare Support in April 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Ana was promoted to Senior Recruiting Consultant in August of 2015, Account Manager, Permanent Placement Division in December 2015 and Manager of Perm Services in April 2016. Ana’s team focuses on the permanent placement of skilled professionals within the healthcare industry. A Florida native, Ana has six years of sales and recruitment experience with over five years focusing in the healthcare field. She has spent her career recruiting and qualifying candidates to ensure she finds the right fit for their expertise. She has helped successfully placed hundreds of job seekers to both permanent and continuous contract roles.

She attended the University of Central Florida where she studied Psychology to better understand the nature of human behavior. She uses her background to build solid relationships and to truly understand her candidate’s needs, setting them up for success. Ana spends her spare time with her family and friends, enjoying the beach and concerts. She also loves to travel and enjoy what sites the world has to offer.

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Manager of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Christine Shea

Christine Shea is the Corporate Office Manager for HealthCare Support Staffing and brings with her several years of experience and expertise in the healthcare recruiting field. At HSS Christine is responsible for a full range of administrative and operational duties and is the right hand to our President and COO. She manages a staff of Recruitment Coordinators and has been instrumental in the fine tuning of internal procedures to ensure our clients with the highest level of service for their professional staffing needs.

Christine joined HSS in August 2011 as a Recruitment Coordinator where she was primarily responsible for assisting our Senior Recruiters with the credentialing of new placements. She also went above her call of duty and provided daily administrative support for the agency and implemented workplace policies and procedures. Prior to joining HSS, Christine worked as a Recruitment Specialist for U.S. Medical Management / Visiting Physician Association.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Central Florida in Sociology and Education. A proud Florida native, Christine enjoys spending her free outdoors and with family.

Irene Montanaro

Irene Montanaro joined Healthcare Support in January 2012 as a Recruiting Consultant and transitioned into the marketing field as the Marketing Coordinator in September 2014. Currently Irene holds the position of Manager of Marketing & Corporate Events and assists and supports the agency’s Business Development Team in all functions of marketing and public relations including social media presence, coordination of business development conferences and internal events as well as the development and implementation of marketing supplies and promotional items. Her efforts support HSS’s mission to provide the highest quality candidate to the very best companies within the healthcare industry.

Irene comes from Greek roots and was born in London, England. She moved to Clearwater, Florida in the early 90s and relocated to Orlando to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Central Florida in 2008. Irene and her husband have one child and enjoy traveling and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Hanna Evans joined HealthCare Support in July 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and in September of that year, became a Recruiting Consultant. As of April 2017, Hanna is our Training and Development Coordinator and specializes in training and supporting new recruiters to ensure smooth onboarding. Hanna studied Education at the University of Central Florida with a main goal to assist those in growth and development. Originally from Margate, Florida, Hanna has always loved the beach, traveling, and being around her loved ones.

Julie Barrera
National Business Development Manager

Julie Barrera joined HealthCare Support in October 2016 as a National Business Development Manager. She joins the team with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare staffing space. Her responsibilities include prospecting, closing, and managing new clients, for both clinical and non-clinical positions.

Julie is from Dallas and received her BA from the University of Texas in Austin and her MS from Amberton University in Dallas. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s Montessori school and keeps active by running. She checked off a bucket list item by running 26.2 miles in the NYC Marathon in 2013.

Kathi Wolever

Kathi Wolever joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as a National Business Development Manager in May of 2017. Kathi is no stranger to the staffing industry and comes to us with over 5 years of experience staffing for light industrial and blue collar companies. She also has over 13 years of sales experience including several national sales roles including one with a Sports Imports company where she covered 19 states in the SE Region. Kathi understands that clients’ needs are ever changing and considers herself a partner with the common interest of fulfilling those needs.

Kathi is a native from Iowa, but lives in Michigan now. She loves spending time with family, traveling, cooking comfort food and backpacking to new sites. She is a volunteer fitness teacher in her community and is always looking for life’s next big adventure.

Kim joined HealthCare Support in 2009 as a Recruiter, and a year later became a National Account Executive and held that role for 6.5 years. In April of 2016 she became a National Business Development Manager and in January of 2017 she was promoted to Executive Development Manager.

Before her time with HealthCare Support, Kim worked as a sales manager/publisher for a local print company and also brings media experience in radio account management. In 2003, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Communications (Radio/TV Broadcasting) and a minor in Criminal Justice, from the University of Central Florida.

A Massachusetts native, she loves the city of Boston and is a huge Patriots fan! Still she is happy to call Florida home because of all her time spent on the beaches and lakes. She enjoys spending time with friends and family; she also enjoys watching football, boating, working out and traveling.

Laura Skladany

Laura Skladany joined the HealthCare Support team February 4, 2013. She was hired into the company as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the South East Division and was promoted to Key Account Manager of Centene in January 2015 and Executive Development Manager in March of 2017. Laura looks forward to becoming a valued asset to this team by utilizing her skills to drive and produce positive results.

In 2006 Laura graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Sport Management. While attending her family relocated to the Orlando area, upon graduation she decided to make the move as well. For the past 5 years Laura has been employed through Dillard’s Inc. She has spent her time working as an Area Sales Manager for four of the five Orlando locations. Laura considers herself to be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and great initiative. In her free time she enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with my family.

Shanna Ramirez

Shanna Ramirez joined Healthcare Support in 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant for the Perm Team and was promoted to Senior Key Account Manager in April 2016. Prior to joining the HSS Team she was a Business Development Manager for a local staffing firm. Over the past 11 years, Shanna had been in the staffing industry which included recruiting, sales, account management and business development. Shanna is excited to be a part of HSS and hopes to continue her success in staffing healthcare professionals.

Originally from Davenport, Iowa Shanna moved back to Florida and began attending Valencia Community College in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Business management. When she is not working, she is actively involved with her son and his high school sports.

Savannah Maze

She has a passion for building relationships with her consultants and clients, and helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. Jackie Babinski

Jackie Babinski joined Healthcare Support in December of 2013 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and transitioned to a Key Account Manager in January 2015 and then into a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016 . Prior to joining HSS, she provided client support in the fields of advertising and publishing/conference planning. She is thoroughly dedicated to the guiding principle of treating clients’ businesses as if they were her own. Jackie is a graduate of Keiser University and a long-time resident of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting art museums, as well as biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Hope Brill joined Healthcare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016. Her knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically medical sales, brings an exciting insight to the team. Hope’s goal in her new career with HSS is to deliver a strong work ethic and high level of commitment to meet her client’s needs.

Originally from Orlando, she attended the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing, with a strong focus on sales. Hope currently resides in Winter Springs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time!

Marjorie Nubian Mora

Marjorie Mora jump started her career with HealthCare Support in December of 2013 as a Recruiter and was promoted into an Senior Key Account Manager role for our MSP division in March 2015. As an Account Manager she operate as the lead point of contact for some of our largest clients and works with the MSP teams to respond to requisitions needs. Marjorie comes from an extensive background in sales, recruiting, customer service and account management experience. . Marjorie is an expert at consulting with our clients and understanding their needs in order to assist in fulfilling their staffing needs. She is fluent in both Spanish and English for her client’ convenience. Marjorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Redlands in Southern California, where she is originally from. Marjorie enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding and shopping.

Kelli Martin

Kelli Martin joined Healthcare Support in October, 2011 as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the Tampa division. She excelled into a Senior Key Account Manager position for our MSP Division in November, 2013. She works closely with some of our largest accounts to meet the needs and requests of the hiring managers, as well as recruiting and assisting in the career advancement of local healthcare professionals.

Kelli received her BA Degree in Psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, she continued her education and completed the Undergraduate requirements for Pre-med. Kelli relocated to Florida 3 years ago and is thoroughly enjoying the warm Florida weather! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, wake boarding, horseback riding and spending time with friends and family.

Nicole Ryder

Nicole Ryder joined the staffing world as a recruiter in 2012 and transitioned into a Senior Key Account Manager in 2015 where she has a specialized focus on National MSP Accounts. Nicole’s role is to positively impact our clients through direct and indirect activities related to the MSP operation through the development of the client portfolio and internal recruitment coaching. This role also includes promoting the MSP client relationship through utilizing the principles of continuous improvement to elevate client retention and revenue growth, achieve organizational goals and substantiate the overall development of the VMS operations system.

Alyssa LaFlesh

Alyssa LaFlesh graduated from the University of South Florida in August 2014, with a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology. After graduation, she moved back to her hometown Orlando, FL. In October 2014 Alyssa joined HealthCare Support as the Administrative assistant and shortly after transitioned into a Recruitment Coordinator role. In April 2015 Alyssa was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator where she facilitates communications between her team and our clients and in October she received another promotion to Key Account Manager. Alyssa looks forward to her continued growth with HSS.

In her spare time, Alyssa loves going to the beach, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Cooper.

Catalina Danko

Catalina joined Healthcare Support Staffing in February of 2015 as a Recruiting Consultant and has since transitioned into the role of Key Account Manager in March of 2016. Prior to joining HSS, she was an Insurance Sales Agent for an Insurance Company where she sold auto and homeowners insurance throughout Central Florida. She is originally from Fontana, California and has lived in Florida since 2001. Catalina attended University of Phoenix where she received her bachelor degree in Business Management. She enjoys her job because she is passionate about helping others reach their goals and find rewarding career opportunities. In her spare time, Catalina spends time with her friends and family.

Brooke Van de Houten

Brooke Van de Houten joined the HealthCare Support team in August 2015 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to Key Account Manager in April 2015. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing in May 2014. She comes to HSS with a strong background in administrative support and client management in the property management industry. Originally from Orlando, she moved back from Gainesville to start the next phase of her career with HSS.

When she’s not at work, Brooke enjoys singing, following her college teams, and spending time with her family and friends.

Saniya Smailova

Saniya Smailova joined HealthCare Support in September 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Recruitment Coordinator in October 2015. In March 2016 she was promoted to Client Relationship Coordinator and quickly thereafter was promoted to a Key Account Manager in December 2016. A native of Kazakhstan, Saniya relocated to Orlando, FL and has resided here for the past 17 years. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in May 2015 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration. Saniya is family oriented and enjoys spending her spare time with her family, boyfriend and two kittens, Arya and Coco. She loves going on adventures and traveling to new places.

Christina Turley

Christina joined Healthcare Support in 2015 as a Recruiting Consultant and has since transitioned into a role as a Key Account Manager in May of 2016. She has a background in sales for a social media technology company based out of Orlando. Her goal is to utilize her past professional experiences to positively impact clients and her colleagues.

Christina was born and raised in Kansas City, MO but moved to beautiful Florida and obtained her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. In her free time, you can find Christina running obstacle course races, traveling, trying new restaurants, and hanging out at Disney World.

Katie Belisle reunited with the HealthCare Support team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in September of 2015 and currently serves the role of Key Account Manager. Originally hired as an Administrative Assistant in 2013 and promoted to a Recruitment Coordinator, Katie is well versed here at in HSS.

Born and raised in Tampa, FL Katie received her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her French bulldog, Pearl.

Sarah Adams joined Healthcare Support in February of 2016 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to a Key Account Manager in December 2016. Born and raised in Orlando, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Services Administration and Marketing in May of 2015. Prior to working for HSS, Sarah worked as an Administrative Assistant for an electrical contracting company. In her spare time Sarah works towards her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at UCF. She also enjoys exploring Central Florida and spending time with her loved ones.

Stephanie has been a part of the HealthCare Support Team since April 2014. She began her career as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the Orlando Region, and was promoted to Key Account Manager for that team in April 2015. Stephanie is excited to grow personally and professionally in this role at HSS.

April 2014 was an eventful month for Stephanie, as that was also when she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She enjoys spending time at the beach, hanging out with her friends, attending Orlando Magic games, and loves doing pretty much anything that involves being outside!

She was born in Ohio yet spent her “growing up years” in Arizona, Colorado and Iowa. She attended Des Moines Community College before relocating to Florida. She enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and she is an avid college football fan.

Jon Whitehead became part of the dynamic team at Healthcare Support in September, 2013. His previous experience is in real estate, and includes 5 years of global sales working with Hilton Worldwide. As National Account Manager (Perm Division) with HealthCare Support Staffing, Jon’s primary responsibility is to foster the partnerships between HSS and new clients, and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals nationwide, in order to deliver the highest quality in staffing services. Jonathan was born in West Virginia, but attended both high school and college here in Florida. He is a proud Seminole, and graduate of The Florida State University. In his free time he enjoys playing sports, having fun with family and friends, and relaxing on the water.

Originally from Rochester, New York Kristen moved to Orlando, Florida to enjoy the warm weather. She came to us from the hospitality/hotel industry with over six years of Sales and Catering experience. Prior to HealthCare Support, she was a Sales Manager for Doubletree UCF. Shannon is a graduate of the University of Central Florida- Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a degree in Event Management. Originally from New Jersey, she transitioned into the Floridian life in 2005.

Lian Perez joined HealthCare Support as a Recruitment Coordinator in August of 2015 and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in January of 2016 where she facilitated communication between her team and our MSP clients. In June 2016 she received another promotion as the Employee Engagement Specialist for the MSP division where she is responsible for monitoring and reporting on our candidate attrition and quality and creating new initiatives to drive employee engagement within our placed candidate pool.

Lian is a graduate of Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia and holds a Bachelor’s of Art in Art History Museum Studies with a Minor in Communications Studies. Before joining HSS, Lian worked in the Marketing and Events industry as an Event Manager. She is an Orlando native and loves everything this city beautiful has to offer! As a Recruiting Consultant, she places candidates with some of the country’s leading companies in health care. Heather is recognized for her dedication and results in recruiting, receiving various awards including Recruiting Manager of the Year and the elite title, Executive Recruiting Consultant.

Heather draws from her experience as a medical news television producer, where she traveled the country interviewing doctors and patients about breakthroughs in medicine. The stories she produced were syndicated to stations in more than 100 markets in the United States.
Heather graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Public Communications, majoring in broadcast journalism and minoring in psychology.

Previous to HSS, Laura started out working with The Fresh Market in Clearwater, Florida, as a cashier and worked her way up to the position of Store Manager, overseeing 80 to 100 employees. In her fourteen years there, she also recruited for new stores in addition to opening two brand new stores for the company.

Originally from Clearwater, FL, Laura has lived in various cities around the state including Tallahassee, Ocala, Gainesville and Jacksonville. She completed the Police Academy at Central Florida College and also went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration. Maggie assists and supports the agency’s Compliance Department as a Subject Matter Expert for the agency’s MSP clients and contributes to operational and compliance efficiency by vetting new clients, reviewing client contracts and developing internal processes and documentation to ensure effective account operations that will strengthen and grow client relationships. She brings 5 years of staffing experience with an in depth familiarity of MSP and VMS operations.

He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards.

She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. Steve provides the Accounting Department with trust, credibility, and expertise in this area. His goal is to ensure accuracy in weekly temp payroll and to stay up to date with the most recent payroll changes.

Steve was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He enjoys cooking, traveling to the coast of Maine, collecting old books and spending time at the Disney parks. He has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Brevard Community College (now known as Eastern Florida State College) and is also certified in Computer Systems by Keiser College.

Mike Stokes joined HealthCare Support in July of 2015 as our Internal Recruiter. He specializes in the permenant placement of internal staffing professionals.

Mike graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining HSS, Mike spent 2 years as a Recruiter for SeaWorld. He is eager to connect with talented professionals who are ready to begin a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.
