Chris Abel
President

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. He was promoted to President in July 2021. Prior to joining HSS, Chris served as CFO for a Florida based group of technical colleges and institutes. Chris began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in the entertainment, hospitality, and education industries. Chris grew up in Orlando and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, and attending live music events.

Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started his career in staffing in 1994. He’s held recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. Tom was the founding Managing Partner of a IT staffing firm from 1996-2009. He has past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. As Executive Director of Enterprise Sales, Tom is responsible for scaling our sales organization and fueling sustainable revenue growth. In full collaboration with our talented leadership and sales team, Tom is accountable for revenue optimization, key client acquisitions, launching new healthcare verticals and sales training.

Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Josh Mohler

Josh Mohler joined HealthCare Support in August of 2018, as a Director of Operations. He has 15+ years of Human Capital Management/Staffing experience within a variety of industries and verticals. Throughout his career, Josh has partnered with incredible clients and counterparts, and has a true passion for building lasting partnerships and relationships.

His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning to enhance client experience and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year.

Josh is a proud native Texan, however, now calls Central Florida home. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Texas State University. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family (amazing wife and two children). Some of his hobbies include: golf, boating and going to the beach, and traveling.

Philip Wong
Director, Managed Care Operations

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tracy Forrest

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Hope Brill

Hope Brill joined HealthCare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016. As of September 2019 Hope holds the title of Strategic Accounts Executive. Her knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically medical sales, brings an exciting insight to the team. Hope’s goal in her new career with HSS is to deliver a strong work ethic and high level of commitment to meet her client’s needs.

Originally from Orlando, she attended the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing, with a strong focus on sales. Hope currently resides in Winter Springs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time!

Tyler Adler

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2015. Tyler quickly excelled to be the #1 recruiter in our agency, consistently breaking company goals and records for 5 consecutive years. In January 2020 Tyler received a promotion to Recruiting Manager. In this role Tyler takes on the additional responsibility of training and growing other members of his team. Before joining HSS, he worked at Prato restaurant in Winter Park, as well as Florida State University Athletics as a Marketing and Fundraising Assistant.

Tyler hails from the buzzing metropolis of Slinger, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During his down time, Tyler keeps up with University of Minnesota hockey and Florida State University football. He also enjoys playing golf and paintball.

Christie Byrd

Christie Byrd joined HealthCare Support in July 2018 as a Senior Director of Perm Services. With a combined 6 years of healthcare staffing experience, Christie has held positions such as direct hire recruiting, training, account management, and sales. Prior to HSS, Christie also obtained 6 years of retail sales experience in various capacities. As a Bachelor of Science graduate of Florida State University, Christie is a BIG fan of the Noles!

Born and raised in Orlando, Christie is a wine enthusiast with a love for interior design. She also really enjoys paddle boarding, beaching, and spending quality time with her niece and nephews.

Priscilla Kincaid joined HSS in 2021 as the Executive Director of Compliance. Prior to joining HSS Priscilla has been dedicated to the health care industry since 2008. Earning her RN and BSN from Daytona State College she went on to obtain her MBA specializing in Health Care Leadership and Supervision in 2020 from Barry University. She has held sales, operations and clinical leadership positions including being the District Director of Operations for a National Home Health company as well as the Sr. Executive Director for the North Florida Region.

Priscilla is native to Florida being born in Sanford, raised in Deltona. As an adventure enthusiast with a love for her family when not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids always on the go. Some of her hobbies include: Theme Parks, Camping, and Traveling.

Andy Yother

Andy is an AR Manager with over 15 years of experience. He joined HealthCare Support in July 2016 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, working with the leadership team to help identify process opportunities and lead the organization to continued financial strength. In May 2018 Andy was promoted to Director of Cash Management. Previously, Andy served as AR/Treasury/AP Manager at Fresh Express (which operates as a part of Chiquita Brands International). He also worked for MasterBrand Cabinets, the largest kitchen & bath manufacturing company in the U.S, developing and implementing process improvements in which he received numerous Presidential Leadership nominations and awards. Andy grew up in Southern Indiana and recently moved to Central Florida. Being a “Hoosier”, he enjoys watching IU basketball and rooting on the Indianapolis Colts. Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, playing music, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Stephanie Rocafort

Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

A CPA for over 10 years, Brandon is an experienced finance professional with 15+ years of experience helping both public and private companies provide accurate and reliable financial support. Brandon enjoys having a hands-on, active role where he can help guide organizational growth and team development.

Brandon grew up in Vero Beach, FL and is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys playing golf, attending UCF & Orlando City games, spending time on the water, and playing with his chocolate lab.

Aaron Moore

Aaron is from the far away town of Tampa Bay, home of the Super Bowl LV Champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, he decided to stay in sunny Orlando. He is transitioning after Covid-19 from a Hospitality Management role to a Recruiting Consultant position. Hoping to utilize his experience in hiring and staff management, Aaron is excited for this new opportunity. Aaron is also happy to talk about soccer, cooking, and the best places for spirits in Orlando.

She has worked in the staffing industry for the past 5 months but focusing on Information Technology roles. She has lived in Orlando for 15 years but left to go to the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Abbi studied Sociology with a minor in Psychology and has been very interested in integrating that with Marketing. She is interested in traveling, hiking, finding fun and interesting things to do, and watching Netflix/Hulu shows. Something unique about her is that she played soccer for 18 years of her life and she also loves to hang out with her cat Bean.

Adam Sanabria joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in 2021. A local to Central Florida, Adam joins us after 4 years working as a teacher in Seminole County Public Schools. As a former educator, Adam brings forth a high level of organization along with competencies in time management, and task completion. As a former college baseball player for the University of Florida, he also brings his growth-set mentality, dedication, and discipline to HealthCare Support. Altogether, Adam puts forth a dynamic package that is intended to achieve success both within the team and overall company. From a personal standpoint, Adam is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending his free time competing in local cycling events. However, it’s spending time with his family that brings a smile to his face.

She is currently working on improving her administrative skills and looking to grow within the company. Alaina is from a small island in the FL Keys, known as Marathon. She graduated high school in Marathon, and came to Central Florida to attend Stetson University and UCF. She graduated from UCF with a bachelor’s in business administration in 2018. Alaina loves doing family activities, preferably outdoors like at the beach or the park or somewhere she can take her dogs. Alex attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX for undergrad and completed her MBA at the University of Central Florida. With an interest in sales and entrepreneurship Alex has worked in a wide range of industries including fashion, technology, and education. Most recently Alex was a franchise owner for Bella Bridesmaids, a nationwide brand specializing in bridal retail. As a small business owner, Alex learned the importance of building relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Alex was born and raised in Orlando, FL and has lived in Texas, Indiana, and Arkansas over the past 8 years. She is happy to return to the Sunshine State and enjoys spending time at the beach on the weekends with her yellow lab, Colt.

With his background primarily in Health and Fitness (and more recently Financial Services), Alex has developed a robust skillset during his professional career. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Alex began working as a personal trainer before experiencing the “Great Furlough” of 2020. In the new post-pandemic landscape, Alex pivoted into Financial Services where he assisted clients with truly diversifying their retirement portfolios, helping them invest tax-free into cash-flowing assets. While this position granted Alex incredible opportunity to develop, it has always been his dream to get involved once more with the Health and Wellness industry, where he believes he can make a lasting impact on his community, local and beyond. Alex is incredibly excited to start with HealthCare Support and believes that his experience working with all types of clients will transfer into a solid foundation for the Recruiting Consultant role. In three words, Alex would describe himself as tactful, efficient, and empathetic, which he strives to embody daily. Alexander joined HealthCare Support in 2022 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Before joining HCS, he worked as an Assistant Language teacher in elementary and junior high schools in Japan. It was a big dream of his to live in Japan, experience the culture, language, and pursue some of the friendships he has made. Now that he’s back in America, his new goal is to start a family and continue to enjoy Florida life. He is a two-time graduate of UCF with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Administration. Winter Springs is his hometown, however he was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His normal hobbies include tennis, basketball, video games, and watching anime. Three words that describe him are tall, silly, and honest. He tries to enjoy the little things in life and bring happiness to my family, friends, and those around him.

Alexandra, also known as Lexi, joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant for the MSP Travel Team within the Dialysis Division as of January 31, 2022. She moved to Orlando, Florida three and half years ago from Lynchburg, Virginia upon completion of her bachelor’s in biology obtained from the University of Lynchburg. She has since been working in hospitality for the last three years and is eager to pursue a career in relation to healthcare and the medical field. She started working with Marlow’s Tavern as a server and eventually moved into a position as an assistant manager and bartender. She eventually progressed into a position in hospitality management during the peak time of the pandemic. As time progressed, she realized she wanted more out of life than her current position, she knew her own potential and wanted to expand upon it. She knew how to be a servant leader and really highlight other people’s strengths to create a well-rounded team. She was adaptable to the everyday changes that came with managing her employees and clients, while also being open to constructive criticism to become a better leader in her role. She is very excited to be starting this role and really elevating herself as an individual. When she is not working, she is very active and likes to be outside as much as humanly possible. If she isn’t at the gym lifting weights, then you will find her kayaking along Wekiva Springs. She is a very self-motivated, compassionate, and understanding individual that would love to fulfill one of her dreams of owning her own business or rental properties.

Originally from the Northeast, Lexi moved down to Orlando, Florida in 2021 to be in the sun year-round. Motivated by her passion to help others, Lexi is determined to bring jobs to as many people as possible. She can be best described as creative, ambitious and results driven. She was born in Melbourne, FL, and grew up in Palm Bay, FL, before moving to Orlando 5 years ago. Andres Guardado joined HealthCare Support as Recruiting Consultant with the Alternate Care Team. He is originally from El Paso, TX where he attended the University of Texas at El Paso. While attending UTEP, he studied Graphic Design and engaged in several campus organizations that allowed him the opportunity to grow professionally and learn about his passion for helping others. After earning his BA, he moved to sunny Florida where he gained experience in various industries including graphic design, customer service, and education. He applied his charisma, enthusiasm, and creative qualities wherever he found himself, often resulting in recognition from leadership. Now, as a Recruiting Consultant for HealthCare Support, he utilizes the same skills to meet his main goal of helping others. However, in his free time, he still manages to find a way to assist others through freelance graphic design, teaching others how to draw. He also enjoys traveling to new areas and sharing experiences with new people.

Annelise graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Sciences. Christopher joined HealthCare Support in 2022 as a Recruiting Consultant and brought with him a wide variety of interpersonal skills to establish relationships with others. After transplanting himself to Orlando, FL, Chris started his work with The Walt Disney Company where he learned how to really build trust and rapport with anyone that he met. As a Guest Service Specialist within the company, he would consistently email and speak with clients to build a sense of trust and rapport to ensure a high-quality outcome for their visit. Soon thereafter Chris wanted to bring these skills of building relationships with others to the next level by helping others and worked towards a career as a paralegal for a bit before he came to work as a Recruiting Consultant. As a transplant to Orlando directly from West Springfield, MA, Chris knows what it is like to live in the frigid cold north and moved down to sunny Florida to experience the fun. He is a Disney buff thanks to his past experiences and will be able to expend a lot of trivia knowledge for those interested; however, there is a cost to sharing this knowledge. He may ask you where the best place to eat in your hometown is since he is always looking for those unique restaurants whenever he travels, and he is always travelling. He majored in Integrated Business and minored in Finance while at the University of Central Florida. Roles within clubs and internships helped David aquire and refine his soft skills. Delilah Ross was born in New York and settled in Orlando about twenty years ago. Graduated from ST. Peterburg College in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in business managements.

Delilah Ross started her career in hospitality industry on the ground level as a hostess, to server, to bartender, to cocktail waitress that gained her the ability to work in a very high volume fast past industry, which landed her in a VIP management position at a night club in downtown Orlando. Through the contacts and ability to consistently change with whatever tide came next, she transitioned into sales for Health Club personal training department. She learned more about understanding ones needs on a personal level through the full sale cycle in locations she managed. Delilah was given the opportunity to work with a startup company in construction, and developed the back office, while marketing the new company’s name straight out of college. The company was tasked with introducing new products to the industry and building new territories along the west coast of Florida. Cultivating new relationships with architects, builders, various vendors, and general contractors. This experience created an opportunity to work closely with a builder in the Tampa Bay area, which granted her becoming the operations manager and developing a unique skill set of understanding marketing, sales, and operational management.

She started as a Customer Service Manager and moved to Operations, where she managed 50+ employees in a manufacturing warehouse. Her customer service background will be lucrative in recruiting and will require little adaptation when speaking to people via phone, email, etc. – while her background in Operations and managing a team of employees will be instrumental when remaining tuned-in with new candidates viable for roles in the dialysis travel department. He started his career in healthcare as an Injury Prevention Specialist focusing on safe patient handling with durable medical equipment and from there had moved on to work as a DME Patient Care Coordinator, a level 2 Nursing Assistant in the ER and ICU, a CNA Instructor, and a contracted MED device sales rep. As someone who has worked in very clinical roles, his mission and goal as a recruiter for HCS is to help those in need who are looking to make a difference as well as better their own lives and make them remember why they fell in love with the healthcare industry to begin with during these challenging times. In September, 2017 Kelli received another promotion to Executive Development Manager. Previous to HSS, Laura started out working with The Fresh Market in Clearwater, Florida, as a cashier and worked her way up to the position of Store Manager, overseeing 80 to 100 employees. In her fourteen years there, she also recruited for new stores in addition to opening two brand new stores for the company.

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

She has held sales, operations and clinical leadership positions including being the District Director of Operations for a National Home Health company as well as the Sr. Executive Director for the North Florida Region.

Before joining HSS he was an Operations Manager for Avis Budget Group at Orlando International Airport for two years and then was employed as an Assistant Manager with the Men’s Wearhouse for almost three years. She assisted children from 6 months to 14 years old with developing their daily living skills, such as social, motor, and communication skills. A great passion of Savannah’s has been seeing the progress each child made in their abilities that had an impact on each child’s family. Joining Healthcare Support falls in line with Savannah’s mission of helping others, however she can. In addition, to joining a company with an incredible culture, the ability to grow within Healthcare Support and develop business relationships. She grew up in Scottsdale and Chandler Arizona, but moved to Bremerton, Washington in 2016 where Savannah met her husband, Steven. Stephanie Rocafort joined HealthCare Support December 2012. Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management made Stephanie a perfect fit to be our Compliance and Benefits Coordinator. In August of 2016 Stephanie was promoted to HR and Benefits Manager and in May 2018 Stephanie received another promotion to Director of Human Resources. Stephanie was born and raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Communications from the University of Dayton. She earned her MBA through the University of Phoenix. While at Dayton, she played NCAA Division I Volleyball and won a bronze medal in high school at the Volleyball Junior Olympics. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two basset hounds, and is a loyal fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Braves.

Steve provides the Accounting Department with trust, credibility, and expertise in this area. Steve was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He enjoys cooking, traveling to the coast of Maine, collecting old books and spending time at the Disney parks. He has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Brevard Community College (now known as Eastern Florida State College) and is also certified in Computer Systems by Keiser College. Originally from Illinois, Tammy moved with her family to Orlando in 2009 for a change of latitude. She was given the great opportunity to begin working with HSS in 2022 as Client Relationship Coordinator for the Big Perm team. As a Business Administration graduate, she has been able to gain experience as an Administrative Assistant in several industries. She was an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Verdanza Hotel for over 5 years. On September 2021, Tania received her first promotion as Housekeeping Manager. From this role, she will be able to apply her knowledge in Supervision, Organization, Time Management and Compliance with company standards and procedures as these are key elements in her daily tasks as a CRC. Tania prides herself as being a unique person, different from the usual. A little fact to support this is that she doesn’t like coffee, chocolate, or shopping. Her interests revolve around spending as much time as possible with family and friends. Tania’s primary goal in life is to be able to make a difference wherever she is at. Taylor (Tae) Brandt joined Healthcare Support in October 2021 as a Compliance Monitoring and Grievance Generalist. Prior to joining HSS, Taylor worked as a legal assistant for a property damage law firm. Taylor is also obtaining her JD from Florida A&M. In 2018, after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Taylor moved to Florida from Missouri. During her undergraduate program, Taylor was a legislative intern for the Missouri House of Representatives.

In her free time Taylor enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and cats, and staying in contact with her family in Missouri.

Taylor Shickles joined HealthCare Support in September 2019 as an Onboarding Coordinator. Previously, she worked for Orange County Facilities Management as an Administrative Support Representative. When working there, she took on projects such as onboarding orientations and new hire paperwork. Her goals include making sure her and her dogs live a happy and healthy life. 3 words that describe her are funny, loyal, and personable.

Taylor was born and raised in Delray Beach, FL. She moved to Orlando in January 2015 to attend the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, she became a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and was a UCF Majorette with the Marching Knights. She graduated from UCF in May 2019. Her personal interests include escape games, video games, and hanging out at home. Something unique about her is that she has 2 dogs, Ellie a Lab/Dane, and Callie a Rottweiler/Boxer!

Teresa Medeiros

Teresa joined HSS in April of 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant. She has obtained skills in sales and customer service through her previous roles as a sales consultant at BullW and as a server at Roccos Tacos and Tequila bar. Teresa has a strong connection with helping others through care and communication. She used those skills in her most recent role as a COVID-19 Medical Secretary and Contact Tracer for the University of Central Florida. Teresa previously studied at said university and graduated with a bachelor’s in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical track. She plans on continuing a career in healthcare and helping others. Teresa has a strong work ethic, with a passion in caring for others and making a difference in her community. She would be described as ambitious, passionate, and honest. Teresa grew up in Coral Springs, South Florida. Teresa loves to find new opportunity for adventure. For her birthday she went sky diving and for graduation she took flying lessons.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started his career in staffing in 1994. He’s held recruiting, sales, and leadership positions. Tom was the founding Managing Partner of a IT staffing firm from 1996-2009. He has past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. As Executive Director of Enterprise Sales, Tom is responsible for scaling our sales organization and fueling sustainable revenue growth. In full collaboration with our talented leadership and sales team, Tom is accountable for revenue optimization, key client acquisitions, launching new healthcare verticals and sales training.

Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Tommy Lyons is an IT Specialist who joined HealthCare Support in 2021. Born in Baltimore, Maryland; Tommy spent time in SC and TN before settling into Orlando, FL in 2021. Tommy has been working in the IT Industry for over five years and is passionate about helping his colleagues. Tommy takes a pro-active approach to IT. In his spare time, Tommy travels to the Key’s or enjoys camping during the cooler weather. He is passionate about nature and spending time with friends in his new home state.

Tyler Adler

Tyler Adler joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2015. Tyler quickly excelled to be the #1 recruiter in our agency, consistently breaking company goals and records for 5 consecutive years. In January 2020 Tyler received a promotion to Recruiting Manager. In this role Tyler takes on the additional responsibility of training and growing other members of his team. Before joining HSS, he worked at Prato restaurant in Winter Park, as well as Florida State University Athletics as a Marketing and Fundraising Assistant.

Tyler hails from the buzzing metropolis of Slinger, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During his down time, Tyler keeps up with University of Minnesota hockey and Florida State University football. He also enjoys playing golf and paintball.

Tyler was hired as a recruiting consultant and joined the team in February of 2022. He has previous experience in the healthcare industry as a customer service representative and a pharmacy technician. Three words he uses to describe himself are motivated, eager, and outgoing. The thing that brings him the most happiness is playing golf in his free time and spending time outdoors. Tyler was raised in Oviedo until he left for college and moved to Tallahassee where he completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing at Florida State University. After graduating in July 2021, he moved back home to Oviedo to start his career. Something he is looking forward to in this new role is creating lasting relationships with candidates and co-workers.

Valdine is from Lake Worth, Florida. Valdine graduated from the University of Central Florida, Spring 2021, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Legal Studies. In her free time, Valdine enjoys the creative arts including, but not limited to singing, dancing, and writing. Previously, Valdine has worked within the education field and has decided to take a different path in her career. Valdine began working with HealthCare Support on June 6th, 2022 as a Recruiting Consultant. Valdine is looking forward to embarking on a new journey in the recruiting world, as she embraces the inclusive and kind culture HSS has to offer!

Vanessa Zavieh

Vanessa Zavieh joined HealthCare Support in 2022 as an Onboarding Coordinator. She has previously worked at AdventHealth and at the Department of Health in Orange County. In these roles she was responsible for a high volume of managing candidates during the onboarding process and conducting epidemiological case investigations. She strives to efficiently contribute to this organization and to be a positive team member. Vanessa was born in New York before she moved to Florida where she has now lived for much of life. She has studied Liberal Arts at Valencia College here in Orlando, Florida. Vanessa’s interests include reading, listening to music, and spending time with her friends and family. She is very excited to begin her journey here at HealthCare Support and is looking forward to bonding with the team!

Viktoria Hopkins joined HSS in May of 2022. She started in hospitality at Disney as an Attractions Host, eventually moving her way up to a coordinator and trainer at Hollywood Studios. After being furloughed for over a year, due to Covid, she started working at Legacy Plumbing Services as a Receiving and Purchasing Manager. There she learned to manage eight Plumbers, make, and receive calls from customers, and ultimately learning to sell jobs and schedule the plumbers accordingly. Born in Miami, Viky grew up loving the city life until 2012 when her family moved to Poinciana, FL. Now living in Winter Springs with the love of her life and her dog, she couldn’t be happier. Nitro, the dog, is her whole world. She enjoys teaching him new tricks and taking him on hikes. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask her!

Whitney Montalvo

Whitney Core joined HealthCare Support in August 2019 and as a Recruiting Consultant on the MSP Division. She started her career in the recruiting industry in 2016 at a national staffing firm in Melbourne. Whitney brings with her a strong knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and account management and has overseen her own team of recruiters and clients recruiting everything from administrative and clerical roles, engineers, ERP/IT consultants and accounting/finance. Whitney loves that no day is the same and no matter how long you do it there is always so much you can learn.

Originally from Melbourne, FL, Whitney’s family has lived all over the state. She is a graduate from The University of Central Florida and has a bachelor’s in clinical psychology. Outside of recruiting Whitney loves painting (and anything art related) and photography. Her family is her main motivation and she enjoys traveling with them whenever she can.

William Bennett

William (Will) Bennett joined Healthcare Support in 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant on the Retail-Centene Team. Prior to joining Healthcare Support, Will earned his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Florida Atlantic University in 2016. After college, Will gained valuable experience working as a territory manager for a medical sales company in South Florida. And most recently, he spent time working to help survivors in a local domestic violence shelter; serving as a State Certified Domestic Violence Advocate before being promoted to the development side as Development and Events Coordinator. Three words that his coworkers have used to describe Will in the past are compassionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing.

Growing up Winter Park Florida, Will discovered a passion for competitive sports that still carries through to this day. In his free time, you’re most likely to find Will rock climbing with his partner Rachel, enjoying a soccer match, kayaking, hiking, playing video games, cuddling his cat, or finding some way to compete with his friends.
