James “JT” Thompson, was promoted to President in September 2017. Prior to becoming President, JT was Chief Operating Officer of HealthCare Support (HSS) since April 2013. JT began his staffing career in 1999 as a recruiter for one of largest staffing firms in the world. He held positions of increased responsibilities, including serving as an account executive and director of business operations (DBO). In the position of DBO, JT ran a multi-location $30 million (annual) operation.

JT’s experience in staffing covers healthcare, light industrial/technical, engineering, aviation, professional services, environmental and scientific. His responsibilities at Healthcare Support include day-to-day management of business operations, strategic planning for business development and employee development. His business goals are to increase operational efficiencies and grow revenue year over year. Since starting with HSS, the company’s revenue has nearly doubled going from 38 million to 69 million. Under his leadership HSS has also earned some of the industry’s most coveted accolades which include:

JT is a native Floridian and has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at the University of Central Florida. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, hunting, fishing and traveling.

Clay Coleman

Clay Coleman joined HealthCare Support (HSS) as the Executive Director of Recruiting Operations in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2017. Clay started in the staffing industry in 1999 and held numerous roles from recruiter, account executive, director of national accounts and an area vice president for a national IT services and solutions firm.

Clay was raised in Winter Haven, FL and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University. Clay is a huge college football fan, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog Francine. He also loves to hunt and fish any chance he gets.

Chris Abel

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, working with the team to lead the organization to continued financial growth. Prior to joining HSS, Chris served as CFO for a Florida based group of technical colleges and institutes. A CPA for over 20 years, Chris began his career with KPMG and has served in leadership roles in the entertainment, services and education industries.

Chris grew up in Orlando and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, scuba diving, and reading.

Tim Ulmer

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Tom Angley

Tom Angley joined HealthCare Support in September 2017 as an Executive Director. Tom started in the staffing industry in 1994 and has held various recruiting, sales, and executive leadership roles. Tom was a founding partner in a technology staffing firm from 1996-2009 and also has significant past performance in the commercial and federal sectors. His primary responsibility in his leadership role with HSS is to mentor the sales and recruiting teams and be of service to our healthcare client partners.

Originally from California, Tom has lived in Orlando since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Tom enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lacy Kraiss

Lacy Kraiss joined Healthcare Support in 2012 and serves as Director of Corporate Compliance. In her current role, Lacy is responsible for establishing and implementing an effective compliance program to prevent company liability and ensure all contractors and candidates have been properly credentialed. Additionally, Lacy directs all day-to-day operations of the Compliance Department.

Lacy’s experience in the industry includes an in-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and licensure requirements in addition to Human Resource policies and Employment Law. Lacy’s previous roles included duties relating to sales administration, client relations, and healthcare professional placement.

Lacy received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. A Florida native, Lacy was born and raised in Orlando where she currently resides. In her spare time, Lacy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dance and fitness, and traveling.

Audrey Owen
Director of International Business Operations

Audrey Owen joined HealthCare Support in October of 2014. She started with the company as a Recruiting Consultant and in June of 2015 she was promoted to Operations & Delivery Manager before she received her current title of Director of International Business Operations. Before joining HSS, Audrey worked as a Manager with Pier 1 Imports where she was responsible for sales, training, development, performance management and talent acquisition. Audrey uses her past experience in her new role at HSS where she is responsible for leading a team of 40.

Audrey was born in Louisiana, but grew up in Houston, Texas. As a child she was very active in a variety of sports including soccer and competitive cheerleading. Her love of sports, fitness, and health lead to a degree in Exercise Science from Boise State University. Currently, some of her favorite activities include yoga, running, and traveling.

Philip Wong
Manager of MSP Operations

Philip joined the HSS team in February of 2013. He started with the company as a Recruiter and transitioned into the role of a Senior Key Account Manager for our MSP division shortly after. As an Account Manager, he works with some of our largest clients by acting as the central point of contact and works with the MSP teams to respond to posting needs and manages all client communications. Prior to joining HSS, Philip worked as a Manager with Enterprise Rent-a-car where he gained valuable experience in customer service, sales, business management, leadership/training, and client management. Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a Minor in Digital Media. When not hard at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family, cycling, fishing, movies, and updating his food blog.

Ana Bayolo

Ana Bayolo joined HealthCare Support in April 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Ana was promoted to Senior Recruiting Consultant in August of 2015, Account Manager, Permanent Placement Division in December 2015 and Manager of Perm Services in April 2016. Ana’s team focuses on the permanent placement of skilled professionals within the healthcare industry. A Florida native, Ana has six years of sales and recruitment experience with over five years focusing in the healthcare field. She has spent her career recruiting and qualifying candidates to ensure she finds the right fit for their expertise. She has helped successfully placed hundreds of job seekers to both permanent and continuous contract roles.

She attended the University of Central Florida where she studied Psychology to better understand the nature of human behavior. She uses her background to build solid relationships and to truly understand her candidate’s needs, setting them up for success. Ana spends her spare time with her family and friends, enjoying the beach and concerts. She also loves to travel and enjoy what sites the world has to offer.

Tracy Shaw Forrest

Tracy Forrest joined the Healthcare Support team in November 2007, where she began as a Recruiting Consultant. Throughout her recruiting career, she has been a consistent top performer within the organization. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Training and Development. She is diligent, hardworking, and always strives for excellence.

Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies and has over 10 years of recruitment and staffing experience.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.

Christine Shea

Christine Shea is the Operations Manager for HealthCare Support and brings with her several years of experience and expertise in the healthcare recruiting field. At HSS Christine is responsible for a full range of administrative and operational duties and is the right hand to our President and COO. Christine has been instrumental in the fine tuning of internal procedures to ensure our clients with the highest level of service for their professional staffing needs.

Christine joined HSS in August 2011 as a Recruitment Coordinator where she was primarily responsible for assisting our Senior Recruiters with the credentialing of new placements. She also went above her call of duty and provided daily administrative support for the agency and implemented workplace policies and procedures. Prior to joining HSS, Christine worked as a Recruitment Specialist for U.S. Medical Management / Visiting Physician Association.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Central Florida in Sociology and Education. A proud Florida native, Christine enjoys spending her free outdoors and with family.

Irene Montanaro

Irene Montanaro joined Healthcare Support in January 2012 as a Recruiting Consultant and transitioned into the marketing field as the Marketing Coordinator in September 2014. Currently Irene holds the position of Manager of Marketing & Corporate Events and assists and supports the agency’s Business Development Team in all functions of marketing and public relations including social media presence, coordination of business development conferences and internal events as well as the development and implementation of marketing supplies and promotional items. Her efforts support HSS’s mission to provide the highest quality candidate to the very best companies within the healthcare industry.

Irene comes from Greek roots and was born in London, England. She moved to Clearwater, Florida in the early 90s and relocated to Orlando to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Central Florida in 2008. Irene and her husband have one child and enjoy traveling and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Julie Barrera

Julie Barrera joined HealthCare Support in October 2016 as a National Business Development Manager. She joins the team with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare staffing space. Her responsibilities include prospecting, closing, and managing new clients, for both clinical and non-clinical positions.

Julie is from Dallas and received her BA from the University of Texas in Austin and her MS from Amberton University in Dallas. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s Montessori school and keeps active by running. She checked off a bucket list item by running 26.2 miles in the NYC Marathon in 2013.

Kim LoCascio

Kim joined HealthCare Support in 2009 as a Recruiter, and a year later became a National Account Executive and held that role for 6.5 years. In April of 2016 she became a National Business Development Manager and in January of 2017 she was promoted to Executive Development Manager.

Before her time with HealthCare Support, Kim worked as a sales manager/publisher for a local print company and also brings media experience in radio account management. In 2003, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Communications (Radio/TV Broadcasting) and a minor in Criminal Justice, from the University of Central Florida.

A Massachusetts native, she loves the city of Boston and is a huge Patriots fan! Still she is happy to call Florida home because of all her time spent on the beaches and lakes. She enjoys spending time with friends and family; she also enjoys watching football, boating, working out and traveling.

Laura Skladany

Laura Skladany joined the HealthCare Support team February 4, 2013. She was hired into the company as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the South East Division and was promoted to Key Account Manager of Centene in January 2015 and Executive Development Manager in March of 2017. Laura looks forward to becoming a valued asset to this team by utilizing her skills to drive and produce positive results.

In 2006 Laura graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Sport Management. While attending her family relocated to the Orlando area, upon graduation she decided to make the move as well. For the past 5 years Laura has been employed through Dillard’s Inc. She has spent her time working as an Area Sales Manager for four of the five Orlando locations. Laura considers herself to be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and great initiative. In her free time she enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with my family.

Kelli Martin

Kelli Martin joined Healthcare Support in October, 2011 as a Client Relationship Coordinator for the Tampa division. She excelled into a Senior Key Account Manager position for our MSP Division in November, 2013 where she worked closely with some of our largest accounts to meet the needs and requests of hiring managers. In September, 2017 Kelli received another promotion to Executive Development Manager. In this role she is responsible for growing existing accounts, identifying opportunity and building relationships with multi-level contacts.

Kelli received her BA Degree in Psychology and Pre-Med from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She happily relocated to Florida in 2010 and was born for Florida weather! In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, water skiing, animals, saving the environment and spending time with friends and family.

Lauren Burke

Lauren Burke joined HSS on August 14th, 2017 as a Senior Key Account Manager. Prior to HSS, she worked at Aerotek for 4 ½ years. Throughout her career with Aerotek she recruited, sold and managed a team of 11 – both Account Managers and Recruiters. While working with Aerotek’s Professional Services Division her focus was in their Commercial and Manufacturing divisions. During her career at Aerotek, Lauren hit three full contests and twelve quarter contests.

Hailing from Medina, Ohio Lauren played soccer her whole life and continued to play in college at Ohio University while she majored in Communications and Business. In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Dexter and Briggs, going to the beach, working out and planning her wedding with her fiancé, Aaron.

Shanna Ramirez

Shanna Ramirez joined Healthcare Support in 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant for the Perm Team and was promoted to Senior Key Account Manager in April 2016. Prior to joining the HSS Team she was a Business Development Manager for a local staffing firm. Over the past 11 years, Shanna had been in the staffing industry which included recruiting, sales, account management and business development. Shanna is excited to be a part of HSS and hopes to continue her success in staffing healthcare professionals.

Originally from Davenport, Iowa Shanna moved back to Florida and began attending Valencia Community College in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Business management. When she is not working, she is actively involved with her son and his high school sports.

Savannah Maze

Savannah Maze joined Healthcare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in March of 2015 and has since transitioned into the role of Senior Key Account Manager in March of 2016. She received her Bachelor’s in Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Central Florida in 2008, and has since worked in various professional roles gaining experience in recruitment, sales, marketing and communications.

She has a passion for building relationships with her consultants and clients, and helping people achieve their personal and professional goals. Savannah’s other passions include cooking, fitness and travelling. She also enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, including her husband David and their beloved pet boxer, Dozer.

Jackie Babinski joined Healthcare Support in December of 2013 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and transitioned to a Key Account Manager in January 2015 and then into a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016 . Prior to joining HSS, she provided client support in the fields of advertising and publishing/conference planning. She is thoroughly dedicated to the guiding principle of treating clients’ businesses as if they were her own. Jackie is a graduate of Keiser University and a long-time resident of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting art museums, as well as biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Hope Brill joined Healthcare Support in January 2015 as a Key Account Manager and was promoted to a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016. Her knowledge within the healthcare industry, specifically medical sales, brings an exciting insight to the team. Hope’s goal in her new career with HSS is to deliver a strong work ethic and high level of commitment to meet her client’s needs.

Originally from Orlando, she attended the University of Central Florida. She earned her degree in Marketing, with a strong focus on sales. Hope currently resides in Winter Springs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time!

Marjorie Nubian Mora

Marjorie Mora jump started her career with HealthCare Support in December of 2013 as a Recruiter and was promoted into an Senior Key Account Manager role for our MSP division in March 2015. As an Account Manager she operate as the lead point of contact for some of our largest clients and works with the MSP teams to respond to requisitions needs. Marjorie comes from an extensive background in sales, recruiting, customer service and account management experience. . Marjorie is an expert at consulting with our clients and understanding their needs in order to assist in fulfilling their staffing needs. She is fluent in both Spanish and English for her client’ convenience. Marjorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Redlands in Southern California, where she is originally from. Marjorie enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding and shopping.

Alyssa LaFlesh

Alyssa LaFlesh graduated from the University of South Florida in August 2014, with a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology. After graduation, she moved back to her hometown Orlando, FL. In October 2014 Alyssa joined HealthCare Support as the Administrative assistant and shortly after transitioned into a Recruitment Coordinator role. In April 2015 Alyssa was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator where she facilitates communications between her team and our clients and in October she received another promotion to Key Account Manager. Alyssa looks forward to her continued growth with HSS.

In her spare time, Alyssa loves going to the beach, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Cooper.

Ashley DeSalvo joined HealthCare Support as a Recruitment Coordinator in July of 2016 and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in June of 2017. Not long after Ashley earned another promotion to Key Account Manager. Ashley came to HealthCare Support after 5 years at Universal Studios. She grew up in Navarre, FL and moved to Orlando in 2011 to attend the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

Brooke Van de Houten

Brooke Van de Houten joined the HealthCare Support team in August 2015 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to Key Account Manager in April 2015. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing in May 2014. She comes to HSS with a strong background in administrative support and client management in the property management industry. Originally from Orlando, she moved back from Gainesville to start the next phase of her career with HSS.

Christina joined Healthcare Support in 2015 as a Recruiting Consultant and has since transitioned into a role as a Key Account Manager in May of 2016. She has a background in sales for a social media technology company based out of Orlando. Her goal is to utilize her past professional experiences to positively impact clients and her colleagues.

Christina was born and raised in Kansas City, MO but moved to beautiful Florida and obtained her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. In her free time, you can find Christina running obstacle course races, traveling, trying new restaurants, and hanging out at Disney World.

Katie Belisle reunited with the HealthCare Support team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in September of 2015 and currently serves the role of Key Account Manager. Originally hired as an Administrative Assistant in 2013 and promoted to a Recruitment Coordinator, Katie is well versed here at in HSS.

Born and raised in Tampa, FL Katie received her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her French bulldog, Pearl.

Sarah Adams

Sarah Adams joined Healthcare Support in February of 2016 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and was promoted to a Key Account Manager in December 2016. Born and raised in Orlando, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Services Administration and Marketing in May of 2015. Prior to working for HSS, Sarah worked as an Administrative Assistant for an electrical contracting company. In her spare time Sarah works towards her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at UCF. She also enjoys exploring Central Florida and spending time with her loved ones.

Stephanie Skladany

Stephanie joined HealthCare Support in October, 2012 as a the Administrative Assistant and has since been promoted several times to a Recruitment Coordinator, Client Relationship Coordinator and now her current role of Key Account Manager in our MSP Division. Before coming to Healthcare Support she worked in the service industry and retail.

She was born in Ohio yet spent her “growing up years” in Arizona, Colorado and Iowa. She attended Des Moines Community College before relocating to Florida. She enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and she is an avid college football fan.

Amanda Hammer

Amanda Hammer joined the HealthCare Support family in October, 2014 as a Recruiting Consultant. Her passion to help others succeed has been a BIG motivator. Because of her hard work and positive impact on HSS, she is currently Key Account Manager for the MSP division, which is focused on delivering positive results to our most important clients nationwide.

Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Amanda graduated from Peace College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and uses her passion for helping people to excel in the Staffing world. Her professional strengths include the following: high-level communication skills, the ability to exceed production goals, and leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Amanda is excited to be part of a dynamic and growing company like HSS! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, exercising, and seeing all that the Sunshine State of Florida has to offer.

Samantha Rowland joined Healthcare Support in February 2016 as a Recruiting Consultant and was promoted to Key Account Manager in October 2017. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013 with a Business Marketing degree. Previously she worked at a luxury apartment community as a Leasing Manager near SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. Samantha is a Florida native all the way from Ft. Lauderdale and enjoys going to the beach, working out at CrossFit, spontaneous trips, and spending time with friends and family. Samantha’s passion is to excel in everything she does and hopes to become Rookie of the Year!

Kristen Wissick

Kristen joined HealthCare Support as an Administrative Assistant in November 2013. She was promoted to Recruitment Coordinator in March 2014 and transitioned into her Senior Recruitment Coordinator role in November of 2014 before joining our Business Development Team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in May of 2015. Since then, Kristen excelled into a Key Account Manager role in our MSP division in October of 2017.

Originally from Rochester, New York Kristen moved to Orlando, Florida to enjoy the warm weather. Kristen attended college at Saint John Fisher in Rochester, New York where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Throughout her college career she worked for local government at the Webster Town Hall.

Kristen enjoys hiking, cooking, visiting the many beaches Florida has to offer and spending time with friends and family.

Morgan was born in Orlando, FL and has lived there her entire life. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales. Amy Miller began working for HealthCare Support as a Client Relationship Coordinator in 2016. Amy is a recent graduate at the University of Central Florida earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for Marketing and a Minor in Mass Communication. With previous experience in recruiting and sales, Amy is excited to be a part of the CRC Team as well as the HealthCare Support family.

Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Amy relocated to Florida over 10 years and loves the climate change as well as everything Florida has to offer. Amy’s passions include going to the beach, attending concerts, and enjoying all the great things Orlando has to offer.

She’s a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration and a minor in Health Informatics and Information Management. Being an Orlando native, Kara enjoys traveling and exploring new cities whenever she gets the chance. She also loves spending time with her dog, Beau.

Amanda Ichart joined HealthCare Support in 2016 as a Recruitment Coordinator and transitioned into a Client Relationship Coordinator in October 2017. She is from Palm Coast, FL and moved to the Orlando area about four years ago. Amanda, received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2015 from the University of Central Florida. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a huge football fan. She is extremely excited to work and grow at HSS!

Alexandra (Alex) Garcia joined HealthCare Support in March 2017 as a Recruitment Coordinator and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in December 2017. Prior to working for HSS, Alexandra gained professional experience while working in Retail Management for numerous years as well as later changing routes and joining political campaigns.

Originally from Colombia, she has been a Florida resident since 2001. Alex is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida and has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in International and Global Studies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active.

Jordi Johnson is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Event Management. Jordi came to us from the hospitality/event industry working at Marriott Hotels and Publix Supermarkets. She is passionate about serving her clients and connecting with her team. Kendall Beaumont joined the HealthCare Support team in September 2017 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. She came to us from the hospitality industry working at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Kendall is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Psychology. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she became a Floridian in 2015. When Kendall isn’t at work you can find her reading, or at the beach with her family, and her Puggle, Cayman. When she isn’t at the beach, you can find her at a concert with her friends.

Darlene Magno joined the HealthCare Support team in February 2017 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. Through her life’s many adventures, she has resided in California and Florida and considers both home. She is happy to find herself back in the Sunshine State to begin a new chapter in her life and join the HealthCare Support family.

Born in San Diego, CA and raised in Orlando, FL, Darlene considers herself an honorary Floridian. She attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Bachelors in Liberal Studies with emphasis on Mass Communication and the Arts, and Minor in Marketing. She is passionate about helping people and approaching each day with gratitude. In her spare time, she loves to sing, play guitar and ukulele, spend time with family and bake.

Kacey McCan joined Healthcare Support in December of 2016 as a Systems Coordinator and transitioned to a Client Relationship Coordinator in August 2017. In her new role Kacey is eager to help the Hanger team continue to excel and grow. Prior to Healthcare Support she interned with Local Motive Tours, where she focused on daily operations. She graduated from the University of South Florida in May of 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration. New to the Orlando area, she hopes to grow not only within the city, but within HSS as well. Kacey was originally born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, but has been a Florida resident for the past ten years. In her free time she enjoys hanging with her roommates, exploring The City Beautiful, attending theme parks and above all, playing with her dogs.

Jessica Yeager joined Healthcare Support in February of 2017 as one of our Client Relationship Coordinators. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, go knights! She is from the small home town of Weston, Florida. Jessica has been working in the health care field since graduation while shadowing many physicians in the Orlando area. She has a beautiful brown and white Pitbull named Marley and is a big advocate of “Don’t Bully My Breed, Pitbull’s”.

Crystal Miller joined HealthCare Support in October 2017 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. Crystal is originally from St. Petersburg, FL and relocated to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida where she obtained a degree in Health Services Administration. Crystal comes from a background in the retail industry with eight years of experience in Customer Service from Publix Supermarkets. When she is not at work, Crystal enjoys going to the local theme parks, watching movies, and spending time with her cat, Mika.

Shannon Staunton joined the HealthCare Support team in July of 2016 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. She came to us from the hospitality/hotel industry with over six years of Sales and Catering experience. Prior to HealthCare Support, she was a Sales Manager for Doubletree UCF. Shannon is a graduate of the University of Central Florida- Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a degree in Event Management. Originally from New Jersey, she transitioned into the Floridian life in 2005.

When Shannon isn’t at work you can find her at the beach with her two dogs, Tess and Little Bear. When the beach isn’t an option, you can find her at concerts, food and wine festivals or a Magic game.

Stephanie Karwacki joined HealthCare Support in June 2017 as a Client Relationship Coordinator for our MSP Teams. She is originally from New Jersey and relocated to Florida in the summer of 2013 after graduating from college. Stephanie attended the University of Scranton and received her BA in History with a minor in Art History. Prior to HSS she worked at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at Walt Disney World.

When Stephanie is not working, she is spending time with her dog, Olivia, watching her favorite sports teams, and seeing what Central Florida has to offer.

Elizabeth Whisner joined Healthcare Support in October of 2014 as a Compliance Coordinator and was promoted to the role of Client Relationship Coordinator in December of 2015. With a background in the fields of human resources and compliance, Elizabeth has a passion for providing exceptional support to her peers and quality assurance to our clients and looks forward to her continued growth at HealthCare Support.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi but has called Florida home since 2003. She attended Rollins College and earned her Bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in Creative Writing. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her son Teddy, reading, online shopping, singing karaoke, and binge watching Netflix with her husband and her cats, Humphrey and Henry.

Lian Aurora Perez

Lian Perez joined HealthCare Support as a Recruitment Coordinator in August of 2015 and was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator in January of 2016 where she facilitated communication between her team and our MSP clients. In June 2016 she received another promotion as the Employee Engagement Specialist for the MSP division where she is responsible for monitoring and reporting on our candidate attrition and quality and creating new initiatives to drive employee engagement within our placed candidate pool.

Lian is a graduate of Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia and holds a Bachelor’s of Art in Art History Museum Studies with a Minor in Communications Studies. Before joining HSS, Lian worked in the Marketing and Events industry as an Event Manager. She is an Orlando native and loves everything this city beautiful has to offer! In her spare time she enjoys attending farmer’s markets, concerts, theme parks, and spending time with friends and family.

Mike Stokes joined HealthCare Support in July of 2015 as our Internal Recruiter. He specializes in the permenant placement of internal staffing professionals in our headquarter office in the Orlando/Maitland area.

Mike graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining HSS, Mike spent 2 years as a Recruiter for SeaWorld. He is eager to connect with talented professionals who are ready to begin a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.
