Tim Ulmer
Executive Director, Specialty Services Operations

Tim Ulmer joined HSS in 2017 as the Executive Director of MSP Operations. Prior to joining HSS, Tim devoted over 15 years to K-12 education where he was a teacher, behavioral psychologist, school and district administrator, and school improvement consultant. For the past 3 years, Tim has been the Vice President of Business Development for a private company that specializes in partnering with public school districts throughout the country to educate students with autism and other highly specialized learning needs. Tim’s primary responsibility in his leadership role at HSS is to support the high-performing MSP Team in meeting the increasing staffing needs of current and future healthcare partners.

Tim was born and raised in the south side of Chicago and moved to Colorado to attend college. Tim earned a bachelor’s in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Tim enjoys coaching baseball, reading, landscaping, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his family.

Philip Wong
Director, Managed Care Operations

Philip was promoted to Director of MSP Operations on January 2018. He joined HealthCare Support as a Recruiting Consultant in February 2013 and transitioned into Account Management where he works with some of our largest clients by acting as a central point of contact and business advisor. His commitment to delivering results and customer service to both his external clients and internal team helped him transition to his current Director role. As Director, he is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, maintaining strong relationship with our MSP partners, and providing guidance to our Account Executives, Recruiters, and Support teams.

Originally from South Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Communications. When not at work, Philip enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Jacquelyn Babinski

Jackie Babinski joined Healthcare Support in December of 2013 as a Client Relationship Coordinator and transitioned to a Key Account Manager in January 2015 and then into a Senior Key Account Manager in December 2016 . Prior to joining HSS, she provided client support in the fields of advertising and publishing/conference planning. She is thoroughly dedicated to the guiding principle of treating clients’ businesses as if they were her own. Jackie is a graduate of Keiser University and a long-time resident of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting art museums, as well as biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Leah Bunyard

Leah graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2012 with a degree in English and is now approaching two and half years at HealthCare Support, working as a Key Account Manager overseeing the Provider Division with quality driven scorecard KPIs. Prior to joining HSS, Leah spent two years with a full service hospitality staffing firm as a Senior Staffing Manager and Branch Manager. Leah dedicates herself to providing the highest level of customer service — going above and beyond for our clients, contractors, and candidates alike.

Ralph Elefante

Ralph Elefante joined HealthCare Support in September 2015 as a Recruitment Coordinator. Since then he held the roles of Compliance Coordinator in March 2016 and then Compliance Specialist in March of 2017. In January of 2018 Ralph was promoted to a Client Relationship Coordinator for the MSP Division. Ralph is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Minor in Economics.

Before joining Healthcare Support, Ralph worked in the Telecommunications Industry and spent time working for The Walt Disney Company. Ralph is originally from New York and moved to Florida in 2012 in search of warm winters. In his free time, Ralph enjoys baseball, visiting the various beaches that Florida has to offer, and taking advantage of the local theme parks.

Jessica Swenson

Jessica joined Healthcare Support in December 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. Prior to joining Healthcare Support, she worked in the medical field as a lab tech and autopsy diener with the Pathology department at Orlando Health for six years. Her vast medical knowledge and interpersonal skills, as well as her mission to help others, allows her to excel as a recruiter. Her goals as a recruiter are to place candidates in a role that they can best assist others and reach their full potential. Jessica is originally from Trumbull, Connecticut and moved down to Central Florida in the middle of high school. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her undergraduate degree in Anthropology in 2013. Jessica is a roller coaster enthusiast and has traveled all over the world riding roller coasters! When she’s not traveling, she loves playing video games and board games with her family and friends and snuggling up with her cat Boo!

Kenneth Rios

Kenneth Rios joined HealthCare Support in October 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Kenneth has primarily worked in hospitality management over the last 20 years in various resorts and restaurants in Orlando and believes that working in a service industry will be very helpful in transitioning to his new role. His goal is to succeed and help people in his role of recruiter.

Kenneth was born in Puerto Rico and spent his early years in Northern California. From there he has spent the better part of his life in Orlando. He is a huge San Francisco 49ers and Orlando Magic fan. He also enjoys thrill rides and theme parks, which makes Orlando a great place to live!

Tammy Nichols

Tammy joined Healthcare Support in August 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant in the MSP Division. Prior to joining HSS, Tammy had an extensive career in healthcare in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and stress testing, chiropractic care, medical records management, and medical editing. She most recently exceled as a sales professional in the hospitality industry where she achieved her goals by offering superior customer service and by truly caring about the needs of her clients.

Originally from Illinois, Tammy moved with her family to Orlando in 2009 for a change of latitude. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Studies and master’s degree in Exercise Science, and from Purdue Global University with a graduate certification in Human Resources. In her free time, Tammy enjoys concerts, sporting events, and game night with family and friends.

Madeline Herlong

Maddie joined HSS in 2021 as a recruiting consultant. She previously worked in finance as an advisor for Northwestern Mutual. At this role she was very dedicated to working hard and hitting many tough milestones. Her mission is to provide a great future for herself, and the individuals lives she impacts throughout her recruiting career. She is very goal oriented and strives to be one of the top recruiters in the office. Maddie is from Ocala, Florida and moved to Orlando in 2016 to attend UCF and has been here in Orlando ever since! The best words to describe her are goal oriented, outgoing, and hard-working. Maddie’s personal interest include traveling, being outside, and anything the involves water. She was on the swim team throughout school and grew up on a lake wakeboarding. Maddie plans to visit all 50 states by the time she is 30. Something unique about Maddie is that she likes to paint in her free time. She also has a 7-month-old puppy that she loves to take on walks!

Katie joined the HSS team as a Client Relationship Coordinator in July of 2021. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Biology and BS in Education, with a concentration in Kinesiology. She prides herself on being a diligent worker with a keen attention to detail. She has experience working with individuals across all walks of life and enjoys building meaningful connections. By learning from those around her, Katie hopes to leave this world better than she found it. She loves brunch, road trips, cats, wineries, and anything outdoors. Her ultimate life goal is to hike all the US National Parks!

Rachael Burger

Rachael joined HSS in October 2020 as a Recruiting Consultant. Rachael graduated from UCF with a degree in hospitality management and worked as a front office manager for Marriott and Loews Hotels before deciding to make the leap into the world of recruiting. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and playing with her dog, Lucy. Rachael loves reading mystery/thriller books and watching UCF Football – Go Knights!

James Hewitt

James Hewitt is an ambitious, outgoing, and diverse individual always looking to get better in life. He was born and raised in Kansas City Missouri and has been living in Central Florida for 8 years now. Full Sail University is what propelled James to move to Florida after graduating high school in Missouri. At Full Sail James Studied recording arts out of his passion for the music industry. Although he is no longer in the music industry, he still is involved in the entertainment industry through acting and photography.

As a professional Mr. Hewitt has sold, managed, and trained salespersons for some the biggest companies in the furniture industry. These companies include Ashley HomeStores, City Furniture, and American Freight. At every establishment James has had the pleasure of working at, he became a master at the entry level position and climbed the ranks. As of February 2021, James is now a recruiter for the gold team at HSS! He is super excited to join this amazing team and is looking forward to mastering the recruiter position and growing with the company.

David Jablon

David Jablon joined HealthCare Support as a Sourcing Specialist in December of 2019 and was promoted to Recruiting Consultant in March 2020. He majored in Integrated Business and minored in Finance while at the University of Central Florida. Roles within clubs and internships helped David aquire and refine his soft skills. He gained professionalism, sales experience, and inbound/outbound call experience while at his commercial real estate internship. He strives to make an impact in whatever task he is assigned. He is a hard worker who will make sure the job gets done. Three words that define David would be dependable, efficient, and initiative.

David grew up in Oviedo, Florida. He attended Jackson Heights Middle School, Oviedo High School, and then stayed locally and attended the University of Central Florida. He is a very analytical person who works hard in his studies, but also has many interests. He loves sports, whether playing or watching, and has been involved for years. He played high school soccer and has played almost every intramural sport imaginable at UCF. Being from the area, his family is only a thirty minute drive down the road. He spends time with his family and his golden doodle, Sandy. Something unique about David is that he has his real estate license. He plans on potentially using it as a hobby down the road.

Julie joined HSS as a Recruiting Consultant in June 2021. Prior to joining HSS, Julie spent 15 years in the hospitality industry working in hotels and restaurants. She is excited to use the skills learned in the hospitality industry to make career goals become a reality for her clients. Originally from Long Island, New York, she attended the University of Central Florida (Charge On!), where she obtained a degree in Hospitality Management.

When she is not hard at work, Julie enjoys escape rooms, board games, and video games. She is motivated by her family and loves to travel.

Samantha Armijo

Samantha joined the HSS team in 2021. She has amazing experience in providing outstanding customer service and showing support in helping others. She is very caring, dedicated, and always sees the positive side of things. She recently moved here from Valdosta, Georgia and is still new to the area. Samantha studied at Valdosta State University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biology. Samantha loves exploring new areas, going to concerts, and trying new foods.

Hailey Skibski

Hailey Scott joined the Healthcare Support team in 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. She is originally from Hilliard, Ohio and went to school at Adrian College. She graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s in business administration. She also was a collegiate athlete, playing golf throughout college. Her professional background is mostly in fitness, customer service, and brand awareness. She looks forward to bringing past skills to the team, but also is looking forward to learning new skills to work towards her personal and team goals. Three words that best describe Hailey are Hardworking, self-motivated, and Diligent. She enjoys playing golf, long walks with her pup Rory, and spending time with her Fiancé Andrew. Something that is unique about Hailey is that her and her mom share a birthday! Her mission at Healthcare Support is to always care for others and always put their goals first.

Ashley Cunningham

Ashley Cunningham joined HealthCare Support in 2021 as a Recruiting Consultant. Prior to this role, she held roles in Guest Services Management at Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, as well as the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. In these positions, she developed a passion for mentoring team members and helping guide them on their career progression. Through her work at Healthcare Support, Ashley’s goal is to connect healthcare workers with opportunities where they can make an impact on the health and lives of others.
Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Ashley graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a degree in Hospitality Management. In her free time, she enjoys taking road trips, writing, and spending time with her rescue dogs, Maeve and Alice. Her goal is to visit all 63 national parks in the United States (she’s 50% of the way there!).
